The Infinity service team was we're very attentive. They listened to my concerns and assured me that they would attempt to find the problem if one exists. Drove 3 hours and stayed in a hotel to have my vehicle sit for over an hour before it ever moved. Then the issue was not resolved instead I’m told not to connect my phone to the car. That completely defeats the purpose of having a phone connection to the car or BT audio which are all car options. Not to mention that I can’t legally drive in my state not connected to my car via BT. I certainly won’t waste my time and money driving 3 hours back to get no resolution. More
