If you are in the market for an Infiniti, I cannot recommend Tiffany from Infiniti of Birmingham enough. My daughter and I visited the store on Thursday, January 8th. We were introduced to this stunning, smiling and very welcoming lady by the name of Tiffany. From the very beginning of our conversation, she made it personal. She took time with us, no rush, not pushy, made the whole meeting that night very easy, answered every question without hesitation (even if I asked more than once) and very patient. She knew I was hesitant about test driving the vehicle that night because 1. it was dark; 2. I was not familiar with the area we were in; 3. This was not my 13 year old Nissan Maxima that I was driving, but a very elegant vehicle that I wasn't expecting to fall in love with. My husband wasn't able to come with us and we live an hour and a half away. My daughter and I came back the next day to finalize the transaction. When we left that day, she asked if my daughter was coming back on Saturday with us. She said no and ended the visit with Tiffany giving Madalyn the biggest hug. Felt like we truly had met a new friend. I ended up having to leave but my husband and I came back on Saturday and closed the deal :). To no surprise, Tiffani met us with the same friendly smile, hug and excitement for us. The finance manager made the financing part of of the transaction with ease as well and had us in and out in about 20 minutes. My husband and I were walking out and he said, Tiffany was everything you said she was. Such a truly genuine sweet, caring lady. She wouldn't let me leave without taking a picture of my new Infiniti QX60 with a bow on it. I've never had that....Excitement was an understatement. To sum up our purchase from start to finish from Infiniti of Birmingham was nothing short of pleasurable. I will finally end with EVERY Infiniti dealership needs at least 10 Tiffani's working for them. She really made Infiniti of Birmingham stand out with 10 stars!! We will definitely be recommending Tiffani to anyone we know that is looking for an Infiniti. Thank you so much Tiffani! More
