This place has the worst service on the planet. I brought the car in for recall service. The car went in in the morning and by the evening they did not have the car done. No problem, I had a loaner ca. In the morning when I came to get my vehicle I found that they had lost my key. Instead of a quick exchange, I was there for an hour while the looked and then finally made me a new key fob.
BUT WAIT, there's more. On the previous service experience, the 30K big, expensive service visit, I told the service rep that I had an important meeting with my CPA and needed the care by 2. No problem, according to him. I finally called at 2 to see when the car was going to be ready. I was told the machine they needed to work on the rear differential was broken. I hadn't gotten a loaner because I was assured the car would be ready. No one called to say there was a problem. If I hadn't called the deadline I was promised was past and NO CONTACT!!! I finally got my car late the next day.
BUT WAIT, There's more. I called ahead and brought my car in for an oil change. IT TOOK FOUR HOURS!. No one could be bothered to come and tell me there was a problem. Staff at the desk kept telling me they were sure it would be soon. Four hours is not soon.
I hate this service department so much I traded the Q50 and got a new car, NOT a Nissan or Infifniti product.
Oh, and they still haven't found my key...
