I didn't choose Elk Grove Infiniti - I purchased my car through an auto broker, who choose them for me. Having said that, I was and continue to be impressed. Cole spent over an hour with me demonstrating all of the car's features - some of which I wouldn't have been aware of if Cole hadn't pointed them out! He was patient and thorough, and made it easy for me to understand my new car. Cole was also present when my auto broker walked me through the sales paperwork, and answered questions for me when asked. While conducting the paperwork, I believe it was Cole's General Manager (whose name I've forgotten, sorry) who spoke with me on the phone to congratulate me on my new car, and to let me know if there was anything I needed, to feel free to call him, or Cole, or any of the employees in Elk Grove. When Cole left, he indicated he would be calling me in a few weeks to schedule a second in-person car run-through (at my home), just to be certain I understood and was comfortable with the car's gagets and technology. True to his word, Cole called and scheduled our second meeting, which will take place next week. I've now owned the car for just over a month; it's been wonderful and a LOT of fun to drive! They took care of all of the repairs and Steve fronted the bill! He maintained contact with me throughout the entire process, the sales manager at the Chevy dealer was very friendly and it was just an overall wonderful experience.
