Even the guy selling the various forms of extended warranty just gave us the information and let us decide what we wanted in our own time. We bought the car using the VPP program so I'm not sure the price rating is valid, but of course it was great, and they were very clear what the final price would be. Car dealers get a bad reputation because they are so in your face, but that's not the case here. I'm hoping the after sales servicing is just as good. More

Best experience I ever had in buying a car. It was over the course of 3 weeks when I first visited the dealer and talked to a salesman until I purchased. Customer service is like no other that I experienced. I will buy another car in 2007 and flemington infiniti will get my business. More

They were snobbish, rude, and almost refused me a test-drive of any car on their lot. I ended up arguing with the salespeople just to let me test-drive an I35. The car wasn't even very impressive. But they treated me like some second-rate just because I'm a young person in my early 20s and was not wearing my suit or something. Maybe they didn't think I had the money. I am not coming back there ever again. More
