WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. I came here to buy my first car after graduating medical school and made an appointment for a test drive and potential purchase. As a young female I came here to buy my first car after graduating medical school and made an appointment for a test drive and potential purchase. As a young female i felt extremely disrespected by the dealer i met with. I was not at all taken seriously, he basically threw me the keys and told me and my SO to test drive the car on my own (did not accompany me to answer questions) and when sitting down to talk about the financials he just kept telling me that it was (very expensive). It literally felt like a scene out of pretty women. I loved the car however i was so disgusted and turned off i left without a purchase and went next store and bought an audi from the first dealer i sat down with over there who respectfully gave me the time of day. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER, the sexism displayed here was unacceptable. More

We walked in and were looking at a QX60. After about 10-15 minutes someone came over. He told us they were asking $10,000.00 OVER the sticker price! Just remember this situation isn't going to stay like this and when it goes back to "normal" people are going to remember and not go back to this dealership. Things are tough for everyone so asking over the sticker price, especially by that much isn't going to work in their favor now or in the future. More

My husband and I walked in and nobody came over to us. Finally after about 10-15 minutes someone did. We were looking at a QX60. My husband and I looked at each other and walked out. We understand things are tough for the dealerships and all the customers who are looking to lease/purchase a new car, however what this dealership should remember is that this situation will eventually be back to normal and the people that they are saying these things to will NOT want to go back there when things are back to normal. They did me a favor because we went to Acura of Valley Stream and had a wonderful experience and ended up with a great deal for a 2022 Acura MDX!!! So thanks Infinity for not being a good dealership! More
