To begin I've always heard that "dealerships" are not the way to go when looking to service your car. I've been told, "the prices are way to high" and "the customer service is never good because are not the way to go when looking to service your car. Well honestly, this dealership, Infiniti of South Atlanta has put all those rumor to rest! The customer service that I received from Melissa and everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was OUTSTANDING!!! From the moment you drive up you are not standing around for more than a second before someone is there to greet you and help you with your needs. I highly recommend anyone looking to service their Infiniti to head to South Atlanta! And let me give a personal thanks to Ms. Melissa, she is one of the best sales reps there! If you can ask for her! She is AWESOME! She worked so hard to help with all of my questions, and let me tell you, I had A LOT of questions! So thank you so much Melissa for your wonderful customer service, you have made a customer for life out of me! KUDOS!!! More
I have purchased three different infiniti cars (G 35, M35, M 37) from them. The personnel and management is very strong. I have never been pressured. I never like negotiating the price of a car at the dealership. This time I tried an internet automobile search engine from Bank of America. I selected the exact car I wanted at a price that was hard dealership. This time I tried an internet automobile search engine from Bank of America. I selected the exact car I wanted at a price that was hard to believe. I received back info on several dealerships and selected one in my region. I spoke with them on the phone and made an appointment. It was great. They had the car I selected on the search engine parked out front for my review. There was no further price negotiation and the price was completely hassle-free. Everyone there were courtious, friendly, and helpful. My paperwork was explained to me and the whole process was expedited. I was driving my new car in 30 minutes. More
I found my experience at Infinity of South Atlanta amazing. I have tried to purchase vehicles at other dealerships in the past and have been treated as I did not know what I was doing. I love my FX35. It is the most amazing vehicle I have ever owned. I would highly recommend Infinity of South Atlanta and will definately purchase there again in the future. First and Foremost, our salesperson Andre Goolsby was the main resaon for the above scores. Andre took the time to get to know my wife and I and treated us as real people and not just as customers. Andre was very thorough in presenting the features and benefits of the car even before we took the test drive. Once we decided to buy, the sales process was seamless and we were out the door with the car within 2 hours of negoiating the purchase price. My wife had to bring the car back in the following week for some touch-up and Andre was there at 0730 in the morning to meet her, take her to work and then deliver the car back to her at her office later in the day. In my mind that is Quality Service, from a Quality Salesperson from a Quality Dealership. More
I had the best car experience at the Heritage Infiniti dealership this past weekend. Never before have I felt like a priority and friend simultaneously when leasing a vehicle. From the gentleman that greeted us at the front door to the individual that affixed my temporary tag, I appreciate the employees working at this dealership. This dealerships is top notch and superior in every way possible. From the moment Lakisha Johnson introduced herself to my husband and myself, we knew we were in good hands. After dealing with other dealerships all day, I was beyond exhausted. Lakisha’s positive attitude and knowledge base of your dealership’s options were a breath of fresh air. She was able to gauge our needs and anticipate our questions. I appreciate her straightforward approach to letting us know the options available, so we could make an informed decision. So many dealerships today waste their potential customers’ time but beating around the bush and not being honest. When we went over the final numbers and maintenance choices with David Curtis, once again the stress was removed from the situation. No one enjoys talking final numbers when it comes to a vehicle you are about to lease. David took the time to explain the pros and cons of the various opportunities he had to offer. He was very through when explaining what to expect next regarding my payments and such once I left the dealership with my G37. As a side note, I would like to also thank Makis Hodge for introducing himself to us. It was nice to meet the General Sales Manager during our second visit. He helped to further solidify our comfort and respect for your dealership. More

I contacted Marcus (Internet Sales) to see what was available for lease on a G37 Coupe. He was very detailed and up front with the price offered on the G37. Another pleasant surprise was that he price he gave me by email was the price I paid. No gimmicks here! High recommendations for Marcus and the Infiniti Team of South Atlanta. Oh, I forgot, I did pay a little more. Sale price + 2 Snickers bars :-) More

I was an Infiniti owner for 7 years. Three months ago I was in the market for a new car. I went with a Ford. BIG mistake.
