I walked into Imperial not expecting to be purchasing that very same day. But i just so happened to find the exact model car that i was looking for at a reasonable price. We went in to take a look at some cars here and at the neighboring Imperial Ford dealership, and were about to purchase a fantastically priced 2014 Chevy Cruze LT. Unfortunately it was sold before we coul neighboring Imperial Ford dealership, and were about to purchase a fantastically priced 2014 Chevy Cruze LT. Unfortunately it was sold before we could make our commitment, but the dealership offered to adjust another Cruze LT to the same price, which was a very respectful gesture. Fortunately, the then higher priced 2014 Chevy Malibu LT was put on a red tag sale special, and dropped right into our price range. We came in a few days later, test drove it and signed the paperwork that day. I picked up my new car a few days later (we signed on a Friday, so had to wait a few business days) and I couldn't be happier with the service and car that I received! My family has been buying from Imperial Cars for over a decade, and I would highly recommend their dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More
