I highly recommend Justin Gariepy in the Imperial Ford service department. I was in a difficult situation with my vehicle (multiple large, expensive service issues which were out of my control), and I wor service department. He was patient, thoughtful, honest, and very willing to help me. He took time to listen to my concerns and went out of his way to help make the situation right. He provided guidance on how to handle these issues and took time to look into all possible solutions to what was going on. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle, and Justin went out of his way to look into the vehicle's service history before I made a final decision. He checked the car himself before I took it home, and continued to check on me during the weeks after I purchased a new car. I had complete trust in Justin's judgement and guidance and I highly recommend working with him for service issues. More
