Jarett was great to work with this week when I went into the Toyota dealership. I appreciated that he jumped up when I came in and offered to assist me right away. I like that I left with my car fixed but with a plan that I can use to budget the next 2 visits to his dealership. I am not sure if he is a manager but a bunch of the other advisors asked him questions during my time with him. He was respectful to me and helpful to them, it was nice to see such great leadership. We have purchased our last two vehicles from Imperial and return there for service.
