I purchased what was represented as a BrightDrop 600 with the Max Battery package and had it delivered to Indiana. When the vehicle arrived, it was the wrong unit. After contacting my salesman, John, he a the Max Battery package and had it delivered to Indiana. When the vehicle arrived, it was the wrong unit. I tried to resolve the issue by offering to keep the incorrect vehicle if the dealership would provide a fair discount and allow me to purchase the correct vehicle. The only solution offered was a $1,000 discount, which I did not believe fairly addressed the situation. I was also told that the General Manager would contact me on Monday or Tuesday to discuss the situation. That call never happened. I never received the promised follow-up from management. The biggest disappointment wasn’t that an error occurred—it was how the error was handled afterward. Communication was poor, management failed to follow through on what they promised, and I was left wondering what was happening. As an out-of-state buyer, I expected much better service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. More
