My son was interested in a car on the lot that he had seen advertised on their website. We drove an hour to look at the car and after looking at it on the lot, shared we were interested in taking for a seen advertised on their website. Our salesman, Konnie, came back out after getting keys for a couple other cars also and shared that the original car was currently removed from sales as the car had unexpectedly died upon a previous day's test drive and they were unwilling to sell a car with a possible problem. Not too many dealerships in my extensive car purchasing experience would worry about such a thing and instead would try to sell the car to an unsuspecting buyer (with the hopes it didn't die). Said alot for the dealership and Konnie's honesty ! Which by the way...if you decide to look at an Indy Auto Man car, be sure and ask for Konnie. Very personable, no pressure...just a guy wanting to sell a car and make you happy in the process ! More

Jake was excellent to work with, he responded to my emails very quickly and followed up with us just as quick. I did my homework and had two to three models I was interested in buying. Indy Auto Man's lot carried all three. When Cleve and I talked about what I was looking for, he kept an eye out and told me abo interested in buying. Indy Auto Man's lot carried all three. I narrowed the search down to one make/model and Indy Auto Man carried three of them. I was able to pick and chose and drove off the lot confident in my purchase. In early August, We stopped into Indy Auto Man to see a car we'd seen advertised on cars.com and thought the dealer was open, but it was actually a few minutes past closing and only one employee was there. car we'd seen advertised on cars.com and thought the dealer was open, but it was actually a few minutes past closing and only one employee was there. But he was very courteous and let us test-drive the car we wanted to see. He told us we'd have to call in the next day about pricing and such but we really appreciated driving it because the dealership is quite a distance from our home. We ultimately bought the car, a 2009 Subaru Forester, on 8/10/13, and VIctor has been awesome to deal with. There were a few problems with the car, like it only had one key, and he has taken care of ALL of them and been more than fair with us. I would definitely recommend this dealership, I admit I was a little skeptical at first, it's not your typical Carmel car dealership, but it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had with a dealer. More
