Hello Kyle, in case you have not seen our response on another forum, receipts were provided along with the paperwork related to the car purchase (see CARFAX folder that we gave you). We understand your frustration, but it is also frustrating to be blamed for damages caused by a 3rd party. Please make sure to check coolant level next time your vehicle is serviced by the repair shop not associated with the Indy Auto Man. Having enough coolant prevents engine from overheating.

Hello Kyle, your business is rated 1 out of 5 stars on Yelp. But it doesn't mean that your agency is horrible. Once in a while you happen to come across unreasonable customer. I am sure you have plenty of satisfied customers.

Because having a new review from Carmel isn't obvious at all...and there is no such thing as a "public adjustor". I guarantee that 100% of my customers are satisfied.

Kyle, you can see a term public adjuster explained on Wikipedia. I had to look it up myself, definitely not a common knowledge. In case you do not have any customers in Carmel you can report your recent Yelp report and hopefully it will be removed pretty soon. As a business owner myself, I realize that it is very frustrating to get a review from an unreasonable customer or a hoax review.
