Our experience was disastrous. The new CRV's computer failed and they diddled around replacing it. Then, the service department didn't know to update the settings; apparently, only the sales department knew to do that. Along the way, different people no-showed for appointments made an hour earlier. Finally, the car was working. We then received a form that seems to imply that they didn't secure a loan because our 840+ credit score wasn't good enough. I think the car technically belongs to them, and we may just give it back. Good riddance. More
I purchased a new Hybrid CR-V at Indy Honda on December 30. I worked with David Sherman in Sales. The experience was great. I knew what I was looking for, and I am pretty familiar with the CR-V line. Da 30. I worked with David Sherman in Sales. The experience was great. I knew what I was looking for, and I am pretty familiar with the CR-V line. David was helpful without being pushy or trying to up-sell me. Neither he nor the F&I guy attempted to steer me toward unwanted "products". I won't hesitate to send friends to Indy Honda. More

I changed the oil the first day I had the vehicle, it had metal chucks and flakes in it. All filters needed to replaced. Interior was dirty… hair, food, and dust was everywhere. Brakes were in bad condition and needed to be replaced immediately. Front drivers side spring was rusted and broken, causing clunking noises when driven. Valve stems were leaking air causing the tires to be refilled frequently. The vehicle was traded into Indy Honda and was literally sold to me in the condition in which arrived. Reached out management and received no reply. I used to sell cars in the past and I know mistakes can made. But I have never seen a vehicle go through a purchase and sale process without being inspected. More
I took my 2017 Honda Pilot (45k miles) to the Indy Honda Service Center on March 17. (I'm writing this on May 6 - over 7 weeks later). They initially replaced a fuel pump that didn't solve the issue. They t Service Center on March 17. (I'm writing this on May 6 - over 7 weeks later). They initially replaced a fuel pump that didn't solve the issue. They told me they had 3 certified Honda techs with over 60 years experience that couldn't figure out the issue so they called in a field tech to look at it. He suggested replacing the high pressure fuel pump. Apparently that part is not available and they have placed me on the critical back order list but can offer no ETA of when this part will arrive. We are literal days outside of our 5 year powertrain (but only have 45k miles) so we are fighting to get the warranty extended. The main issue at this point is that the dealership has refused to provide a loaner. I was able to talk them into a loaner (which was actually a test drive) for 1 weekend but that was it. My husband left a message for the Service Manager and never received a return call. I emailed the GM, David Piercefield, and he never bothered responding either. I've been without a car for over 7 weeks with no end in sight and while I understand they can't produce a part that doesn't exist, they certainly could offer a loaner for the inconvenience. I spoke with Ed Martin Honda and they told me they would offer a loaner in this situation so my advice to anyone reading this - avoid Indy Honda and take your business to Ed Martin. More
