My Review of Infiniti of Lisle:
This was last year when we were looking for a new QX56, and after searching for a good deal all around Chicagoland, we settled to buy from Infinti of Lisle. They gave us the best lease rate in town - no other dealership came close to what these guys offered. The whole sales deal was done over the phone. We just had to go to the dealership to sign paper work and pickup the car, which took about couple of hours to complete. Our salesman was Tony. He visited us at our home to explain all the features in the car and setup homelink system. I look forward to give them more business.

My Review of Infiniti of Lisle:
After dealing with another Infiniti dealer that is much closer to my house, and the bad service, I decided to try Infiniti of Lisle. I filled out a form on-line and Micah is the person that called me first, and he was great from the minute I talked to him to the time we made the deal. I kept the car for three years, and then traded it in for the Brand New G37 Coupe. I would not want to deal with anyone besides Micah. Micah has moved up within the dealership but he still deals with everyone and any kind of deals. Micah is the best. Thanks.

My Review of Infiniti of Lisle:
The sales and services that I received from Micah are the main reason why I am on my third infiniti. Also, I like the new models of infiniti I have the G35X 2007 and the fx35 2009. We love the navigation and the backup cameras on both. Also, Micah calls all the time with updates on lease endings and new vehicles.

My Review of Infiniti of Lisle:
I used the internet to Infinity find dealers in my general area. Infinity of Lisle was my second choice. I visited a competing Infinity dealership and had some disappointing experiences with that dealership.

I went to Infinity of Lisle and they were able to deliver on all the promises that the first dealership made and chose not to honor. My salesman Micah Basarich was respectful answered all of my questions and got me the exact car that I asked for. I had a pleasant experience purchasing a car from this dealership. In my forty years of new car purchases I have only had one other car buying experience that even came close and it was a distant second.

I typically look forward to the experience of purchasing a new car with all of the anticipation of a trip to a dentist for removal of an impacted wisdom tooth. My initial experience with the other Infinity dealership did nothing to ease that anticipation. I am glad that I found Infinity of Lisle and my salesman Micah Basarich. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

They had a great inventory of cars to choose from and I was given very good service from the salesman that I worked with, Scott. They gave me a great price on the car I wanted, without the bs that you get from a lot of car dealers.

Very easy transaction. Salesman was very professional. Explained everything in detail. He was very concerned with meeting my requirements for both the trade - in and the new car. Scott was also a very good communicator. I have a hearing loss and he took the time to show me in writing and demonstrate on the car the details that I needed to know. He made sure I was understanding what he was saying. I appreciate that.!!!

Just a quick line to express some thoughts on your salesman Bob Kozar. In one word refreshing! In general I do not like dealing with salespeople. Probably because I am one. A quite good one, I know the routine. It was awesome to be greeted by Bob. He is intelligent, assertive and humorous. He made our experience fun. You are lucky to have Bob on your staff.

My Review of Infiniti of Lisle:
This purchase will mark my second from Adam at Infinti of Lisle. In the past I've always felt it necessary to shop three or four different dealerships to assure myself that I'm getting the best price and service however Mr. Arliskas has gone above and beyond each time I've come in. On top of the great service he's managed to meet or exceed my expectations as far as my target price and I no longer feel like I have to go anywhere other than Infiniti of Lisle.
