My Review of Infiniti of Orland Park:
I brought my vehicle in for service. I requested Service Advisor Ryan Willard inspect my rims for any scratches prior to work. He inspected the vehicle and rims and noted no scratches on the rim. The vehicle was worked on, and sustained damage. I pointed this out to both Willard and Scott Sedlacek who denied any wrongdoing after Willard had noted no problems with the rims. Scott Sedlacek was argumentative, threatening and even threatened to call the police because I questioned his mechanic's workmanship. Scott Selacek said we don't want your business and too bad. He then agreed to replace the rim with one from a new vehicle, but "Karl" the mechanic pointed out to Willard and Sedlacek that the rim had a factory defect. I refused to put a defective rim on my vehicle after my original rim was damaged at the dealership. Manager Frank Meechia could care less about my concern with the dealership. His response to the problem was to call Infiniti. This dealership treated me like garbage. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. Caveat Emptor!!!!

My Review of Infiniti of Orland Park:
What a joke this store is! No parking spaces, no service drive, the shop is poorly lit and far too small (5 bays), once you manage to get parked and find someone to help you, they are usually too busy to really give you any attention. I went for an oil change, with an appointment (3 days out!) and I was still there for 2 hours. The GM, Frank somebody gave a weak apology, but i could tell he really didn't care, since I bought my car somewhere else.
Why bother? I've gotten better service at Toyota stores.

Everything about this dealer was hostile, from the surly sales people to the sales and general managers. They just don't understand customer service.
