IPAC doesn’t even deserve 1 star. If you are looking for a fair, ethical, and transparent transaction, this is not the place to go. This place is a class action law suit waiting to ha More

DO NOT buy a car here. Don’t even look or glance in the direction of this sorry excuse of a dealership. 1. Sales rep, Eliezer “Eli” Reyes, told me on numerous occasions “don’t worry, these aren’t the final numbers. There are rebates and offers, so don’t worry.” I never saw what final numbers he was talking about. He also made a comment about not mentioning that he said that to his manager, so he didn’t get in trouble. If that’s not bad enough, he told me I should have said yes when his manager asked if I was military. When I said I didn’t want to lie, he said “we do it all the time and always tell our customers to say yes so that it saves them $500.” The lies and proof of intentional deceit should have sent me running right at this moment. 2. The sales manager, Johnny Sias, pressured me to make a down payment between $500-$1,000 on a $70,000 loan by saying it would drop my month payments by $100. I knew this didn’t sound right, but since he was the “expert”, I trusted his guidance and broke under the pressure. 3. The finance advisor, Rhett Shelton, would hand me 2-3 overlapping papers at a time so that the actual numbers and information was covered. He would have me sign the bottom of one paper while simultaneously initialing the top of another paper that was strategically placed so that I wouldn’t be able to see the financing details. The time stamp on the printed documents supports my claim that Rhett Shelton did not go over any financial details with me. Not at any point in the 5 minutes from when the documents were printed (1:36pm) and I paid the down payment (1:41 pm) did I hear anything about total financed, lien holder, apr, etc. Not only that, but he failed to give me copies of my sales and service agreement, which conveniently outlined an additional $7,500 service agreement that I apparently signed during one of his signature “sign the bottom here while I cover up the information with a second document you need to initial at the same time” move. I only found out I was missing these additional contract documents when I took my paperwork to a REPUTABLE dealer who identified the $7,500 missing from the retail purchase agreement. In other words, there was $7,500 that was unaccounted for in the “amount to be financed” total. I would have never realized this, because I relied on IPAC employees to be the experts and trusted them to treat me with respect and honesty. 4. When I brought my concerns to the general sales manager, Ruben Flores, the next day he was unable to investigate my claims with due diligence because his dealership does not video record their financial transactions. Hm, I wonder why? It was a case of “he said she said” and he chose to take the side of his employee (finance advisor) who could recall what I told him about my family living in different states, but couldn’t recall the details of reviewing the loan information. At the end of my discussion with Ruben, he told me in no uncertain terms “yes, I could do something, but I won’t.” I’ve consulted with several other trustworthy dealerships and they’ve all said the same thing “IPAC is a different breed over there. They are cut throat and have shady tactics.” I hope I can prevent at least one customer from making the decision to purchase a vehicle from there. You will save yourself many sleepless nights. This place is despicable and I am disgusted with how they conduct business. There are other options out there. I urge you to read the other reviews about this place. They reflect a trend of experiences in which customers are not given the right or correct information to make an informed decision, and/or pressured to make a decision as a result of unethical and deceitful tactics used by IPAC employees. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO IPAC.

I do not recommend IPAC to anyone. I was shown one vehicle and promised my purchase would be the same and I did not receive that at all. I was then made to seem like a liar when I conf More
