I was in the market for a used Subaru Crosstrek. I had been searching for several weeks with a wide radius and finally found one that met my specifications, though it was out-of-state and several ho I had been searching for several weeks with a wide radius and finally found one that met my specifications, though it was out-of-state and several hours away. I was concerned about making the long drive to check out the car because I had issues with other dealerships in the past of not having the vehicle on site (after being told it was), having it sold before I arrived, or having major issues that were not disclosed in the website listings. I contacted this dealership about this vehicle and worked with Dennis. Honestly I was probably a little rude to him because I wanted to make sure the car was onsite and in the condition it appeared to be on the listing. Dennis was patient and kind to me - and most importantly he was very open and honest. I ended up making the drive. Dennis had the car waiting for me. After a nice test drive and comprehensive look, we ended up making the purchase. The car has been great and was actually a little better than what the listing showed. The actual transaction was efficient and easy - just like Dennis told me it would be. I would definitely drive out of state and drive several hours out of my way to do business with this dealership and Dennis in particular again! More

Went to buy a car here two weeks ago. They said it was available, I said great I can come pick it up and buy it today. The lady then proceeded to say that other men where interested in the car and that it available, I said great I can come pick it up and buy it today. The lady then proceeded to say that other men where interested in the car and that it basically wasn’t for sale. I said, again, I can pick it up today. No hassle. She then began to hassle me and give me attitude. I’m now looking at the car still available on the lot two weeks later and so glad I did not give my service to Ford. More

Been looking for a nice low mileage monte carlo to replace my current one (06 SS) which is getting the tin worm disease. Saw a low mileage 06 Monte SS on kbb. I talked to Rick the photos appeared to show a well taken care of car. Took the Mrs. and test drove it...very nice vehicle and it is new to us! Thank Goodness for the internet u can find what u usually want if you are patient. Rick was very professional and treated us great! He also suggested a warranty on the Monte which upon owning one, made sense as repairs can be expensive and the car was used. Thanks again Rick for getting that Monte I still love 2 door cars and very few exist. I do know when i'm in the market for used or new I will keep Rick at Integrity ford on the call list. More
