Dear Marie, Please except our sincerest apologies for the manner in which you were treated. We realize a customer can take their business anywhere and reputation is everything. Sometimes people have bad days and in this case I can say Reginald must have been having one as he normally gets excellent reviews. Due to a sales volume increase we have just hired a new Finance Manager who while experienced our system is a bit different and he is still adjusting.. Through no fault of your own we managed to treat you in a way that is unacceptable to us and all I can say is I am truly sorry and hope we can make you feel better about us in the future.
