Prior to service day, I received exceptional customer service from Taylor. Service day, I received estimate of $80 more than original estimate, received when I made the appointment. I was uneasy about the estimate change, and more concerned that the job would not be finished before closing of the service department. These factors prompted me to not have the work done. More

I dropped my car off and put the key in the drop box, but it got stuck and Honda was not returning my calls when I had not gotten a call back that my oil change was done. I had to go into the service center it got stuck and Honda was not returning my calls when I had not gotten a call back that my oil change was done. I had to go into the service center over lunch to follow up in person and found out about the key getting stuck. They did then prioritize getting my oil change done and the shuttle service was timely. When I went to pick it up they told me I had a charge, but I have a care plan and had to wait for them to figure out my bill. More
