Kurt Baitz went above and beyond the call of duty - as new BMW owners my wife and I had many questions and test drove a handful of different models. Kurt was helpful throughout the experience and has been since we took delivery of the vehicle. In addition, Kurt took the time to explain each model and the financing options as we were considering the different vehicles. He was very accessible when I have had to call after taking delivery of the vehicle.

My Review of Ira BMW of Stratham:
I purchsed a used 335 convertible from BMW of Stratham last weekend. The car is perfect and the day of purchase went very smooth. They picked me up from the airport (Boston - 1hr drive) and opened up an hour early for me on Sunday. The reason they are not getting a 5 from me is that we ran into some issues at the beginning of the deal. The sales person made promises that were not kept and they refused to accept a check from my credit union's pre-approved loan. In any case, the car was exactly as described and I received good service on the day of purchase.

My Review of Ira BMW of Stratham:
I had a really pleasant experience with this dealership. Everyone was very helpful, especially my client advisor Scot Murby. He was very friendly and helpfil. He answered all my questions. When I arrived after my 4 hour drive from NYC he already had the car I was looking at setup for a test drive without me having to ask for it. During the test drive he kept the conversation to a minimum so the "car" could speak to me. This was as it SHOULD BE during a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car he was trying to sell. All of the paper work with his co- worker in finance Cheryl was taken care of professionally, and she was a pleasant person to talk to as well. They gave me a good deal on my trade in as well. On Tuesday when I arrived to pick up the car, they had it out front all clean and ready with a full tank of gas, once again LIKE IT SHOULD BE. All in all Scot & the rest of his co-workers made my two 8 hour roundtrip drives well worth it. I would definetly make the long drive to deal with Scot & his dealership again.

My Review of Ira BMW of Stratham:
I've just about had it with this dealer. From now on, I'll be using Tulley BMW in Nashua for servicing and sales.

It started with some warranty work on my M3. Despite booking it well in advance, and them knowing full well which part was needed, and promising to order it in time, no-one did. And they didn't have the tires either, even though they knew a week in advance I needed tires.

Anyway, that's service out of the way.

Yesterday, I took my M3 in for an appraisal with a view to buying an X5.

They offered me 50% of the KBB. 15k for a 04 M3 Convertible with 28k miles!! Daylight robbery.

Update: Another dealer offered me 25k for my M3. I'm now driving an X5. No thanks to IRA.

Scott Murby is a outstanding person, not just a salesperson!
I have been treated as if I was a friend. He looks out for me and acts in my best interests.
He's responsive to my questions, when I needed a bit more time getting to know the GPS system in my X5 he welcomed me back and sat with me until I felt comfortable.
When I have service done at IRA, he always has time for a brief chat and a cup of coffee.
I have recommended him to my friends and family.
That's a big deal for me..because I'm in sales. To me that is the highest or best kind of flattery.

Scott under promises and over delivers!

I'm a happy and satisfied client of Scott and IRA BMW!

Linda was extremely helpful, putting me in the car that I have always wanted, a X3. I never felt pressure to make a quick decision, nor did I feel like she played any of the "games" some car sales people do.
She was professional, courteous, and very helpful.

My Review of Ira BMW of Stratham:
I had been looking for a used Mini Cooper with certain specifications at a reasonable price for 6 months when I found the perfect car on Ira BMW of Stratham's website. It had the right combination of age, mileage, options and price. I contacted the dealership via e-mail and was put in touch with several helpful agents. My test drive and subsequent purchase were with Linda Stephenson, who was very knowledgeable about Mini's in general, and this vehicle in particular. She also gave me useful information about the auto industry such as the best time to buy, technical info such as why four wheel drive vehicles like my Subaru use so much more gas, and the best brands, octane and ethanol levels to look for in gasoline. She handled the paperwork very smoothly and, because I was confident about the quality and price of the car, the whole process was very easy for me. I have not been in for service yet, so I cannot comment on that yet. So far, a very positive experience.

Wendy and Ken are the glue to the operation. Always prompt and helpful. Always great follow up. I cant say the same for the management team and some in service. A few never return calls or mail. The promise alot and cannot deliver EXCEPT for Ken and Wendy! The only reasons I am still a customer!

My Review of Ira BMW of Stratham:
My husband and I went to BMW for service on his car. During this visit we took some time to check out the lot. My car was a chevy and I was coming to the end of my term. The warranty was running out so it was time to look.Linda stepped up and really helped us. She took the time to hear our needs and what we wanted in a car and the payments we wanted.She was able to find us a few great vehicles to look at while we where there. I was able to test drive each. We narrowed it down to 2. Linda again took the time to explain all options of both vehicles, and then explained the warranty and maintence plans. Needless to say we left that day with our second BMW from IRA. Both are 325Is, we truly love our cars and the service we receive here. And will be looking for another one soon. We will continue with BMW of Stratham, and will deal with Linda Stephenson again.

As allways every visit to BMW of Stratham gos great. they take the time and make sure you are pleased and informed at every service visit. Wendy is great.i needed a loaner car and it was ready the minute I pulled into the service bay. No waiting is a good thing. When my car was done I received a prompt call. At the time I picked it up all work was explained to me and my car looked brand new. This is our second purchase from BMW of Stratham,we have been so pleased we will continue all our auto needs in the future with them. Cant beat them, from sales to service they are the best.
