Have 528it, 540it and X3. Superior sales team who know their product. Great service advisors, parts dept and service team. Great service after the sale. Quality service is a lasting value. Over 100k miles on 3 cars which still run and look like new. In my book, that's value for the dollar.

My Review of Ira BMW of Stratham:
My husband and I purchased a used Z3 and a new X3 from Kurt Baitz. Kurt was professional and answered all our questions honestly and followed up on any concerns we may have had. Chris Thompson was a pleasure and provided sufficient backup for his decisions during the final price negotiations. We were extremely comfortable and also impressed with Steve Baker's way of going through the required paperwork process.

We would definitely recommend BMW of Stratham to any of our friends for new vehicles and/or service. The facility is extremely clean and easily accessible.

My Review of Ira BMW of Stratham:
I was convinced that I wanted to own a 3 Series after test driving one at another dealership. I didn't have a good experience at that dealership when it came to setting up the visit to work out the details of the purchase and was, in fact, stood up. I then called Kurt Baitz at the BMW Stratham dealership, 1 3/4 hours from where I live, to set up an appointment. My experience was everything I had hoped, and more, from a BMW dealership. Kurt worked with me to put a very fair deal together and communicated with me regularly as my car was being built. Upon arrival, in advance of the projected arrival date, we set an appointment to pick up the car. Kurt took all the time I needed to go over all the details of the car so that when I left I was ready. I've been back on occassion for regular service and have been very pleased with the service department (an area that is key in my book). I see Kurt on those occassions and he checks in to see if there are any issues and to assess my level of satisfaction with my car. I've recommended one friend from the Boston area who had her heart set on a 5 Series who had a similar first experience with a local dealership to see Kurt and she too has had a great experience with Kurt and the Straham BMW. My one year anniversary with my 3 Series has just passed and the 29,000 miles have been some of the most pleasurable of my time behind the wheel. Great car, great dealership and a great experience all around. Thanks Kurt and BMW !

Kurt helped me so much in my lease to purchase agreement - he was the only reason I ended up buying the car instead of turning it in and purchasing another brand of vehicle. He found financing for me, low-pressure but made me realize that I was not going to be happy in anything but my BMW. Kurt made phone calls to me on his days off, after hours always ensuring I was feeling comfortable with the sale. Kurt was a professional, helpful salesman and I appreciate how much of a gentleman he was to me, a single woman. I would recommend anyone to go see Kurt for buying a car - he went above and beyond his job and I very much appreciated his attentiveness to detail.

This is third BMW purchase and the last two have been with Kurt Baitz and BMW of Stratham. Kurt makes the overall buying process painless and truely is committed to providing his customers with excellent customer satisfaction. We drove and looked at a number of new cars before this purchase but once again the experience with Kurt and BMW of Stratham had my wife driving away very happy in her 328XI.

It's the little things that matter and Kurt knows what his customers want. Thank you BMW of Stratham and more importantly, Kurt Baitz for making this a very positive experience.

My Review of Ira BMW of Stratham:
After shopping around and doing my homework, I knew what I wanted. Came in, met Frank, and we compared what I had for his invoice costs to what he had. The numbers matched. We came to an agreement on fair profit for the dealer and shook hands.

Frank and his colleagues modified an existing order so I got the car from Germany in six weeks instead of eight.

On delivery, Frank went over everything with me. He knew the car well. I could tell because I had read through the manual on line about three times during the excrutiating wait, lol.

Since then, I've spoken with other sales people about little features I didn't understand. They didn't know either... even when they asked around. Frank? He knew immediately.

All that hardware you'll see behind his desk isn't just there to impress customers. There's a reason it's there. He's a friendly, knowledgeable, straight-forward, completely reasonable guy.

I enjoyed working with him so much, I've gone out of my way several times just to stop by, shake hands, and say thanks again.

Scott Murby was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, straightforward and honest. He anticipated our desires and was more than accomodating. He also delayed a family appointment to spend the time necessary to make us feel comfortable and informed. When he was not directly available he made sure that others in the dealership were in case of questions or concerns

I would recommend the dealership all of whom when out of their way (including the GM Mr. Joel Ginsburg) to introduce themselves ans assure us of the quality of the car, the dealership and the future service.

I would recommend the dealership to anyone. I would further recommend that anyone seeking to purchase a BMW seek out and work with Mr. Murby.

We had visited other BMW dealership and BMW of Stratham thanks to Mr. Murby was light years above them in customer care, service, amd concern.
