Made an appt to have my expedition serviced, needed an oil change, the driver side window looked at, a recall completed and to have them look at the sunroof to see why I was getting condensation. Made the appt on Saturday, they said to bring it in at 9 on Mon morning, but it would need to be kept until Tuesday to assess the possible leak, they would order the parts for the recall now. Understood, I rent a car since they have no loaners available and I have to work. Call Tues at 1 to find out when the truck will be ready, only to be told it hasn't even been started yet. Finally took it in at 2:30, never ordered the parts for the recall. Will NEVER go back. Should have learned the first time, this is the third time they have done this to me. Do not recommend IRA Ford. More
