Services phones are always "down" and the communication sucks. They had my car over a week and didn't feel the need to call me to give me an update. Very disappointed in customer service and communication no update on programs or time line for getting my car back car was at dealership for almost 2 months waiting on parts Had three different estimates no update on programs or time line for getting my car back car was at dealership for almost 2 months waiting on parts Had three different estimates for repairs the repair was supposed to be covered under factory warranty and was not I am very disappointed with this dealership and it’s customer service I would not recommend to anyone to go to.this dealership I will never be going back again More
