My Review of Ira Subaru:
This is the second car that we have bought from Ira Subaru, but our first used one and our first time working with Art because Andy was on vacation. Andy and Art were great to work with, no pressure at all but still you knew you were going through a business transaction. We knew the car we were interested in when we went into the dealership as Andy had pointed it out to us. So we took it out for a test drive and decided that it was the car for us. As usual, we had to go through the back and forth with Art and his managers. At first we were not even close to making the deal but the next day Art called to let us know that they had worked it out to give us a fair price for our trade. Art, Andy, the service department, Mike and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in good order before we took the car home because there were some dings that the service department was going to take care of- which they did. Art also promised that he would find an owners manual that was missing from the car and get it to us. He did not have to do that but he offered it anyway. Art was a great guy to deal with and we are happy that we were able to buy another Subaru from IRA We highly recommend IRA. We are looking to get a car for our son and we will go to IRA first and probably buy there.

My Review of Ira Subaru:
I went in to look at a Subaru Impreza Outback Sport and purchased that night. I got a great deal for my trade and couldn't ask for a better financing offer. I am very happy with the ease of purchase and how I felt about my overall experience. Art was great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is even considering purchasing a car. I am very pleased with my new car and how smoothly everything went. I didn't intend to purchase that first night, but I'm glad I did.

My Review of Ira Subaru:
I went in looking to test drive an Impreza Outback sport and ended up buying. They gave me a great deal on my trade in. There was no pressure. The car was delivered as expected with a full tank of gas. They even installed installed the auto dimming rear view mirror before that I had ordered. I would definetly purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

My Review of Ira Subaru:
This is the third car that we have bought from Ira Subaru, but our first used one and our first time working with Art. From the start, it was clear that Art was committed to helping us find a car that would meet our criteria for a first car for our son. The search didn't take long. He found two promising cars and spent as much time with us as we needed to make our decision, patiently accommodating our schedules for test drives on two different days and making sure we thoroughly checked out the handling of each car. Art's managers worked with us to arrive at a price that we were comfortable with, and the service department, as always, went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in good order before we took the car home. We have been dealing with Ira's sales and service departments for 6 years, since we bought our first Forester there, and are happy that we were able to buy yet another Subaru from them. We highly recommend Art for sales and Bruce for service.

My Review of Ira Subaru:
We were in the market for a used Subaru for our college-aged son and stopped by Ira Subaru to browse. Art Otremba came out to meet us and couldn't have been nicer. He helped us explore all aspects of purchasing a used vehicle, including the new vs old conundrum most used car buyers struggle with. Unlike many car dealers who go to great lengths to keep you 'on the premises', Art was very comfortable with our decision to go home and 'run the numbers'. We returned the next night confident in our decision and pleased with the vehicle we bought at a price we felt reasonable.

I would highly recommend Ira Subaru for anyone wishing to purchase a new or used Subaru. We have told many friends of our great experience at Ira, and Art in particular. However, I would be remiss not to mention Mike Garabedian , Sales Manager, who went to great lengths to get to a price we all felt comfortable with. Also, Eric Feldman who is the business manager, was wonderful and not overbearing in his approach to the 'value adds' that typically face car buyers. All three men went the extra mile for us...I enthusiastically recommend Ira Subaru in Danvers.

Art is an excellent sales consultant. He helped me choose a Subaru Forester and took the time to show me the intricate GPS navigation system. He was always friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with. The dealership was able to provide the model car that I wanted in a timely fashion.

My Review of Ira Subaru:
I'm going to tell everyone that I know to go to Ira Subaru of Danvers to purchase their next car! This was my first time buying a car, and I had the best experience working with Art Otremba, Mike Garabedian and Ed Cooperstein. They made it happen for me and clearly want to see their customers drive off the lot happy!
I don't have one negative thing to report on my experience with them. From the very start, Art was great!!! He wanted to make sure that I knew what I was buying, inside and out! After I decided on the car I wanted he simply made it happen for me with a lot of help from Mike, and of course Ed too! I really can't thank you all enough for making this purchase an enjoyable one!
If you're looking for a worry free car-buying approach, this is the place to go! I guarantee you'll get the car you want, for the price you need, and will be a very satisfied customer!!!

I just recently leased a Subaru Outback at Ira Subaru in Danvers (after being told by my local Chrysler dealer that Chrysler no longer provided leases, I decided it was time for a switch away from Chrysler!) Art Otremba was a pleasure to deal with from the start. I appreciated his low-key approach to the process - he's all about educating the customer about Subaru. It's very obvious he is a big believer in the Subaru product and he wants you to know what he knows. As a result, he's willing to spend hours with you conveying his knowledge. Both he and Mike G. (the manager) were very fair dealing on pricing terms, and I walked away from the whole experience feeling very pleased. I highly recommend Art and the guys at Ira Subaru.

Joe Silva and Mike made the process of buying my car so easy and pressure-free. My Review of Ira Subaru:
This was the easiest car buying purchase ever. I thought I was going to test drive other cars, but I didn't have to after working with Art. Art is a low key helpful salesman. He didn't try to pressure me. Instead, he demonstrated all the wonderful things the Forester could do. I love my new car. It drives like a sports car. I love the way it handles the wet roads. This is my first Subaru, and I know I will buy another.
