My Review of Ira Subaru:
I had a great experience working with Art,after having a bad experience with a salesperson at Salem Ford,which was why I was looking at buying a Subaru rather than the Ford escape I was planning on purchasing the week before. Art was attentive and was willing to work with us to get me the vehicle that I wanted. I am so happy that I had that bad experience because I was able to rethink what I wanted and ended up at the subaru dealership.

My husband and I dropped by IRA Subaru in comparison shopping mode... we'd been looking at other makes of cars but before too long, I knew my next car would be the Forester that Art showed us on the showroom floor. He even drove it through the front door so we could take that exact one for a test drive. Art made it really easy to make my decision to buy the same day, and I haven't regretted that decision at all. I would recommend IRA Subaru and Art to anybody who is in the market and doesn't want any hassles or pressure. Art was very professional, courteous, and sincere and took as much time with me as I needed to get the right car. I'm very happy.

I had stopped in at the dealership with the intentions of looking for a great used vehicle. They did not have exactly what I was looking for, but after speaking with Art Otremba about my criteria, he had pointed me in the direction of an Impreza Turbo, after taking it for a test drive (which he has to be the best test driver, he showed me exactly how the vehicle could handle, and what it was capable of). This car worked out so great for me because he listened to what I was looking for, and had found me something that was better than I had expected. The process of buying the car, registering it, and getting it was easy and painless. I have had about 6-8 different vehicles, and this was the first one I had got from a dealership, not an individual sale. I highly recommend this extremely friendly dealership!!!

Art Otremaba was a true sales professional from the moment I walked in the door. He was very helpful and not pushy at all!. In fact, everyone was very friendly at the dealership. Mike Garabedian was great too. Once Art told him what I was looking for he made one phone call and got me exactly what I was looking for. I truly appreciated everyone's time and effort at IRA, they made car shopping a pleasant experience. Once I got the car Art called me to see how I liked it! Being a salesperson myself, I really liked the follow up sales call!!!! Definately ask for Art when you go to IRA Subaru he will take good care of you!

Art Otremaba was extremely courteous and helpful. He did not pressure us into any particular vehicle. When we picked out the Subaru Impreza. He went over all the features and advantages of the vehicle. Mike Garabedian also was very courteous and also explained the benefits of the vehicle. Mike also advised us on the financing available for the vehicle.Both of these men made our buying experience enjoyable contrary to our experiences with some of the other places we looked for a vehicle.After the sale they also said to be sure to call them if we had any issue at all with the car and they would personally see it was taken care of.When we picked up the car it looked brand new. They even put ballons on it and Art took pictures of myself and my father which he gave to us as a memento.Can't say enough on how pleased I am with the car and both Art and Mike.

Art was fantastic...service was quick, everyone in the office was friendly and efficient. Even when the office was at it's most hectic, each person I observed and dealt with was friendly and doing their very best to meet the needs of each customer in the lobby and on the lot.

I would definitely use this dealer in the future and will recommend for anyone looking to purchase new or used!

My husband and I found both Art and Ed excellent in their dealings considering we weren't certain which was our choice of vehicle. Very patient in working out which of three we would choose in both the financial aspect and making sure we knew exactly what we could expect in terms of running economy,safety,comfort and overall satisfaction. We were allowed to go at our own pace and even left for lunch in-between with no pressure. Overall our experience was calm and considerate with some friendly banter as well. Considering this is our third car from this dealership I think you could say we are very satisfied. We are really content with our choice of vehicle as well!!

My Review of Ira Subaru:
My experience at IRA Subaru in Danvers was wonderful. The staff was confident, polite, and well informed. As a young female with limited knowledge of the motor vehicle industry, buying a new car can be quite overwhelming. However, the process was made comfortable for me as I was treated with respect, without judgment, in a friendly environment. Art was pleasant to work with, patient and kind, and was able to explain my options to me in terms that I can understand. The dealers were quick and efficient. I had the vehicle that I wanted (not in the lot) the day after I finalized my decision. When Eric and I reviewed the warranties and extras, I felt no pressure to buy something that I didn't want. It was simply a matter of what was available to me and what might suit my personal needs. Before I left the lot, Art came with me on a spin in the Subaru to illustrate the safety features of my new purchase (I don't remember doing that when I bought my first new vehicle), and to ensure that I was, in fact, safe to drive it. Overall, my experience was positive and painless, and I would recommend that any of my family or friends visit for their next new car.
