My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Tewksbury:
I was impressed by the sales staff. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they were trustworthy. They were very flexible about the car and the payment arrangements. Mr. Joiner in particular helped me to make the switch to the newer Prius. The appraisal and all other items were performed very quickly and efficiently, even though the dealership was extremely busy throughout. I even got to ring the bell and get my picture taken at the end. I was impressed by Mr. Joiner's knowledge about all aspects of purchasing the vehicle, including the registration and insurance. He had good tips on how to keep the car in good shape. He was also very personable, listening when needed and performing the tasks which needed to be done to make the
sale perfectly fit the purchaser. (Of course he had a great product to sell.) I would definitely recommend him for first time purchasers of Toyota. It was so comforting that he remembered every inquiry and addressed all issues which came up.
He was clear to admit when he could not answer and was quick to refer to others who
could.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Tewksbury:
Our whole experience with buying our new Rav4 from Ira Toyota Tewksbury was excellent. Everyone there was courteous, friendly and helpful. Mostly we worked with Kenny Leung, and I highly recommend him! He was knowledgeable, and did a very good job of making us aware of all the possible options, and of what was included in the various packages. I particularly liked the fact that he was completely comfortable with my desire to communicate mostly by email, rather than phone calls. He always answered my emails immediately, and when we needed to put off buying the car for a few weeks, I told him so, and he did not bother me with constant questions about when we would be ready to purchase it. I asked him to get back in touch with me by a certain general date, and he did just that.

Once we agreed on the vehicle we wanted, he found it for me quickly and was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. He also called a few days after I had bought it to make sure that I was happy with it. The whole experience was great.

Seng was fantastic! I explained my situation and told him that I was pretty sure he wouldnt be able to help me, but he was honest and went above and beyond to help me through the process--the experience was completely stress-free, right down to my meetings with Hittesh who was extremely helpful as wll. I would reccomend Ira to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Johnny and his staff were very helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. They were informative, easy going, and explained everything thoroughly. We were looking for a 2009 Yaris or Corolla and they gave us several options to choose from. They patiently calculated the prices out to show us what the payments would look like for several models. Great experience.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Tewksbury:
I went in for a problem with my brakes. It was not long after I purchased a used car from them. I was within the 3700 miles part of the warranty, but it was 3 days past the 90 days part. I was quite upset that the brakes would need to be replaced after I put so little miles on the car. After discussing this with Chuck, he waved the charge for the brakes entirely. I have been bringing my car there for service for approximately 7 years, first my Camry and now my Kia and they have never let me down.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I especially like the way that Scott Poirier in the Service Department does business. He listens carefully to my concerns and addresses them immediately. He is polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I will continue to bring my cars there for service for many years to come.

I had a great experience purchasing a Camry from IRA Toyota in Tewksbury. The salesman - Ken Ouen was very knowledgable and friendly. He was not pushy or overbearing and he made me and my husband feel comfortable about purchasing our first Toyota. I would recommend Ken as a great salesman to work with!

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Tewksbury:
We had an amazing experience with IRA Toyota in Tewksbury. We called ahead and asked to test drive the Camry Hybrid... we get to the dealership and the car we wanted was out front and ready for a test drive. By the end of the night (2 hours later) we drove home in our new 2009 car!

We were so impressed with Dmitriy's (Rutman) vast knowledge of the Camry Hybrid, he answered all our questions, made us feel like family, and told us to come back anytime (which we will!). Both my husband and I are very grateful to Dmitriy, Johnny and David - all of whom stayed late (past closing) to help us get the financing we needed to take the car home that night.

We are already in love with the new car, it drives like a dream and we look forward to our commute in the mornings now (our old car was so choppy and noisy on the highway - made for a bad drive). I cannot wait to show off the new car to my family and friends and take them all for a drive!

Thanks again to Dmitriy for making us feel like family, treating us with respect, and for answering all our questions. We had a great time getting to know him and will most definitely work with him again for all our automotive needs.
