Terrible experience in services. I feel that people are taken advantage of. I replaced my cabin filter two weeks ago myself and I bring my truck in for an oil change and they tell me I feel that people are taken advantage of. I replaced my cabin filter two weeks ago myself and I bring my truck in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new cabin filter. Same goes for other filters. They told me I need a tire rotation and I asked why, I just pulled in to the center and you haven’t even looked at my tires yet. People who don’t know anything about cars are being sold services that are not needed at times! There is more to the story but I’ll just leave it at that as I’m sure this review won’t go anywhere anyways. More
Had a great buying experience at Ira Toyota of Danvers. Edwin was a huge help with the process of purchasing a new Camry. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Went in looking for a TRD I had recently seen online and he told me the wait time would be ~45 days for delivery, but that they could look around New England and try to get one sooner. They ended up finding one that same week and letting me know as soon as it came in a couple days later. Drove away with the car shortly after. I also received a fair offer for my trade. At the end, Kenny in finance/management was friendly and helpful, albeit slightly pushy (which I can respect), with closing the deal. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my experience here purchasing my first Toyota. More

I pulled in for my 10am appointment for routine complimentary maintenance and it took forever before I was helped. All the cars around me (front, side, back) had people helping them out. Nobody cam complimentary maintenance and it took forever before I was helped. All the cars around me (front, side, back) had people helping them out. Nobody came besides the initial "your advisor will be with you shortly". They need a better system with the first-come, first-serve basis. They told me it should take 1 to 1.5 hours and I wasn't out until 2 hours later. It shouldn't take that long for a simple maintenance with an appointment. I went to check to find help and the only person helpful was Nick (he might be a manager) who helped me go to the back to check the status. Everyone is either busy or doesn't try to help (bad customer service). At Woburn Toyota, we don't have to wait that long and they either call/text you when the car is ready instead of the advisor trying to look for you everywhere in the waiting area. They should learn from Woburn Toyota on that aspect. I didn't work with Ida this time but she was my sales rep when I bought my car and she's wonderful. More
