Terrible experience! 😡👎🏾 So I booked an appointment with Toyota in December right before Xmas to get my door handle fixed. I showed up & this guy (Rojas he knows who h 😡👎🏾 So I booked an appointment with Toyota in December right before Xmas to get my door handle fixed. I showed up & this guy (Rojas he knows who he is) was so rude & disrespectful.😡😡 Mind you I was with my wife and my one year old. The guy took the car for about 3 hours & never gave us an update so I went back to the service area and asked what’s going on? & when I finally got a response from Rojas he said it would cost me over 600 $ btw I got it fixed for about 300bucks! That guy was clearly trying to up sell me on everything he sent me like whole list of things I needed to get done. So when I told him it’s ok can I have my car back? He was so mad & didn’t want to talk to me after that. So he made us wait for another hour & a half just to get the car back. Mind you we have a baby that’s crying & had to pick up my 3 year old daughter from daycare by 6. we’ve been there since 1 pm & didn’t leave until 5 something close to 6. and Immediately I got in the car the car felt different it wasn’t driving like it usually does. Fast forward to a week later my heat stop working! My car is over heat. Now my car won’t even start had to get it towed cause it stopped right in the middle of the highway. Mind you there was nothing wrong with the car prior to that just had an oil changed there not too long ago when they were trying to sell me tires and bunch of other crap I didn’t need. All they do is trying to hustle you. It’s definitely a turn off & bad for business. I used to be happy bringing my car there but after my last experience, I’M SO DONE. & I’m getting the impression that customer service and car service Quality has decreased. I def plan to go somewhere else where they treat people a little better & better car services and for a better price. I suggest that others do the same, the service there is not what it used to be. Thanks Toyota for ruining my car!! & thanks Rojas this one is on you!!! NEVER GOING BACK! & I Have receipt for proof ROJAS!! Ps. I did have one good experience when I went there the 1st time ( with Tyler Simmons) I did post a good review but had to take it down because I haven’t had any good experience after that! & David Rojas was my last straw! ✌🏾👎🏾 More

Their communication was quick and excellent, and I was able to schedule an appointment to view their availability within a couple of days. I can't thank Abdou enough for his outstanding service in helping me find and secure a new car within just a week. He understood that I was looking for a new car and did not try to sell me a used car. His dedication to finding the perfect vehicle for me was truly exceptional, and he worked tirelessly to make sure all the details were taken care of quickly. He was always professional, knowledgeable, and patient, and I really appreciated his honest and straightforward approach. I will definitely be recommending Abdou to anyone looking for a new car for his hard work and excellent service. I also had a great experience working with Jesus on my car purchase. He was very friendly and helpful from start to finish and made the process of signing the contract quick and efficient. I appreciated his attention to detail and his willingness to answer any questions I had. We have been loyal Ira Toyota customers for over 25 years and about 15 vehicles.went in about 3 months ago bought a new Camry and set a deal to lease another RAV4 / car was not in stock and the car we were t and about 15 vehicles.went in about 3 months ago bought a new Camry and set a deal to lease another RAV4 / car was not in stock and the car we were turning in had less than 12,000 miles on it . Had a deal on paper we would get the new vehicle plus $3,500 with payments of about $380/ car came in we showed up yesterday and they pulled the deal off the table we could take the $3500 check but the monthly payments would be $485 over 3 years that’s comes to just about $3500 / we ended up taking no money and payments of $374 ! Very disappointed and let Carl the salesman and Mike the manager we will no longer be doing business with Ira Toyota again! The funny thing was during the 4 months we waited for the vehicle Toyota did not have or we would have had the deal completed 4 months ago they removed our loyalty points !so much for 25 years and 15 vehicles! I have consulted a lawyer to take a look.This is the only negative experience We have had but we’re humiliated and disrespected / rating has always been 5 star but 1 star after our final visit More
We were in the market to replace our 2008 Toyota Tundra when we met Rich Swanson in the Parking lot. Rich has great communication and people skills in that he was very attentive to our needs. He was extremely efficient and effective in working the deal for us and got us in the monthly payments that is appropriate for our situation. The process was easy and worked in our favor. Rich is an outstanding representative of what a sales person should be and he represents the organization in a positive light. We are very happy with our new truck and very happy with the service we received. Jen, in Finance was also great and easy to work with. She and Rich were the perfect team for us! More
