I am a returning customer after having gone to Kia for a few vehicles, and I have never had worse service from Ira. The sales person was new, so I gave a lot of patience to this transaction, but I was incon few vehicles, and I have never had worse service from Ira. The sales person was new, so I gave a lot of patience to this transaction, but I was inconvenienced at every turn. I had to follow up after my initial appointment and come back to purchase when I have always heard back from sales people before, red flag #1. The vehicle I wanted was not on site, so I had to come back a third time to pick up the car, no problem. The sales person stated he would call me once I was able to pickup the car the day after purchase, but I never got a call, again having to chase them down for information. I called him, the sales manager, and the dealership multiple times until I got an answer. They told me to come at 6pm so I wouldn't have to wait, and I still had to wait for over 30 minutes as the sales person was nowhere to be found. They then never told me I needed to come back for my inspection and registration. I was not told that I needed to take my registration from my old car so I was driving around illegally for days. I have always been given my registration and had my car inspected upon pickup. This car was purchases on 6/29/21 and I had to again chase down my sales person and sales manager and have not even gotten my registration yet. When I finally heard back I was told to make an appointment with service and I'd get my registration then. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE HANDLED AT THE TIME OF SALE. I should not have to chase the dealership down to get this done. That's why I paid for the dealership to do it. Next time, I'm doing it all myself. It was such a headache and it will be over two weeks until I can get back in to take care of the inspection and registration, so again I am driving around illegally. My suggestion: better training for your sales staff. When the sales manager is CC'd on emails due to lack of response from sales staff, they should have the courtesy to respond to make it right. Really bad customer service. More

If I could give it a no star we wouldFor two weeks we If I could give it a no star we would For two weeks we called Ira Toyota to locate a jeep we saw on their lot. For two weeks they told us they did If I could give it a no star we would For two weeks we called Ira Toyota to locate a jeep we saw on their lot. For two weeks they told us they did not have it. Finally after calling the Ira Subaru dealer next door they were able to say it was on the Toyota lot and was a trade they would have someone at Toyota call us. No call....when we called they insisted it wasn't on their lot. Told them to go walk their own lot....and guess what they found the jeep. Schedule an apt to test drive the jeep. Came in my daughter test drove it and we started discussing money. Then a manager comes over and tell us it was sold the night before at 8:30. So you had us drive a vehicle that wasn't available. Thank you for wasting our time. I emailed how unhappy we were with the customer service and the response was it was sold when we were out on a test drive. Obviously Ira Toyota staff can't be honest and the dealership is lacking in knowledge of what is on their lot. Stay away from Ira Toyota More

Online scam, thought we’d bought a car in their website only to find it already sold. Even received an email from the company continuing the purchase process after we were on the phone with a salesperson w only to find it already sold. I just walked out with my new Rav4 this afternoon! My first Toyota. Blake Rickerson was my sales associate. We 1st started talking in October of 2020. However, I was too bugged with Covid and wasn't re first Toyota. Blake Rickerson was my sales associate. We 1st started talking in October of 2020. However, I was too bugged with Covid and wasn't ready to buy a new car. I reached back to Blake on Friday and bought my car on Monday. He provided me with the information on the car itself. I then got to meet with Fausta one of the Sales Managers and after going back and forth a bit(to be expected, after all you are at a car dealership LOL) and we settled on what I felt was a fair price and what I expected to pay. I then worked with Tony from Finance, once again the review of multiple additional services that I could purchase, (to be expected unless you live in a fantasy world) the conversation ended and I signed my paperwork. The entire process, though the mechanics of it were typical of buying a car was easy and I attribute that to my Sales Associate Blake who made it a pleasant one. He is low key and to the point. Which is what I like. None of the BS just tell me what I am getting in the car. Loved his bow ties and his cool blue sneaks. I am hopeful that though there are plenty of poor ratings for their service department that these will be proven to be wrong. Ask for Blake! More
Had the displeasure of working with Sales Manager Michael Rebelo. He must've been personally offended by my offer as he immediately went on the defense and had an attitude saying “what do you even want to do Rebelo. He must've been personally offended by my offer as he immediately went on the defense and had an attitude saying “what do you even want to do here?” I explained my offer again and he scoffed and told me that wasn’t going to happen. He then said “I don’t want to upset you or you leave here upset”. Would have had said that if I was man? Probably not. Spoke down to me the entire time. More
I went back to Sean Leonard at Ira Toyota (Danvers) because he sold my parents their first car, their second car, and I knew that I could trust him. He's a great guy and gets the job done quickly. Peop because he sold my parents their first car, their second car, and I knew that I could trust him. He's a great guy and gets the job done quickly. People know him and so he's a hard person with whom to get an appointment, but he's great and focused. I'd go back to him again and again. More
