Aiman is the best!! I am so thankful I got Aiman to be my salesman! The minute my boyfriend and I walked through the door he greeted us with a smile and asked us if he can help with anything. We told him we wanted to test drive a RAV4, and no further questions asked (besides my license), he came back like a minute later and handed us the keys and said to just enjoy! I didn't know what I wanted out of a car and just perusing mostly, but Aiman was very professional and informative. And throughout the whole car shopping process, he was not pushy like a lot of car salesmen are, he understood our worries and did what he can to make it work. Aiman definitely knew his stuff and got me from not knowing what I wanted to walking away with a new car that same day (at a very fair deal), that's impressive salesmanship! The best part was when I picked up my car the next day, he took his time to go over every detail about the car and what each feature does. That's great customer service and shows that he cares about his clients (not just in it for the sale). Highly recommended!! More

I called elsewhere and was quoted $300 but devided to pay the extra $40 'cause of their location proximity to my house. I set up the appointment and when I went there they change the price by 37% and they wanted to charge me $468. Do yourself a favor and take your business elswhere More

They're scam artist I made an appointment to request for the mechanics to CHECK to see if my car needed to be aligned. I just got new tires and my own mechanic could not I made an appointment to request for the mechanics to CHECK to see if my car needed to be aligned. I just got new tires and my own mechanic could not do it because my car is under warranty. I called the girl the call center she told me that my alignment is covered under my warranty and made my appointment. The day that I got there my service agent who I had issues with before because he charged me for services that I did not need, greeted me. Then he proceeded to tell me that my back end is covered by my warranty but not my front. let me remind you he didn't even go into the computer typing any of my information whatsoever to find out what kind of warranty that I had. Then he pulls up the estimated page that had total of a hundred and twenty something dollars. The services that I requested was an inspection sticker and to CHECK to see if I need an alignment. Just to let you know you're estimating page that you get before revieving your service, that you HAVE TO sign covers the dealers xxx so they cannot give you a refund when they do unnecessary services. After waiting 3 hours when I was told It would only be 45 minutes my service agent came out and told me that I needed a marker light in my car and that he was not going to pass me if I didn't do it right then and there I said fine and to my knowledge a marker light was only anywhere from $2 to $3 sometimes even $5. They do the marker light it he hands me the paper proceeded to tell me that my car didn't really need an alignment and runs away as I walk up to the service desk my total is almost $160. They charged me $90 to do an alignment that I didn't need done then they charged me $30 for the marker light and then 35 for the inspection sticker. I've been back and forth with the customer service and they keep telling me they're not going to refund my money because they just did the services I requested. Which the services I requested was to CHECK to see if I need an alignment not to do an alignment and still from my understanding my alignment was supposed to be covered under my warranty. It just goes to show you that this dealership cares more about $120 then having returning clients. I will never deal with the Toyota dealership again and will be trading my car in and getting something else. More

Besides knowing almost everything about the cars, he was able to share that knowledge with us in a very non-condescending way. A great car deserves to have a great salesperson sell it. I would also like to mention that I had my 2002 Rav 4 serviced at this dealership over the past 14 years and was always very satisfied with the work done. I originally purchased my 2002 Rav 4 at a Watertown Dealership where the service and attitude was unacceptable in sharp contrast to this Ira Dealership. More
