Mr. Huynh, I'm sorry we couldn't come to terms on your most recent visit to our showroom. We did evaluate both vehicles and one of them was indeed worth substantially less than the other because of the damage that was present on the vehicle. Once we had the opportunity to actually look at the second vehicle we offered you exactly what you wanted for that car. We also agreed to a price on the 4-Runner you told us you were interested in and at no time did we raise the price once we agreed upon the figures. I think there may have been a misunderstanding on our part when you made an offer for that 4-Runner because you expected the State taxes and fees to be included in your offer? As for the 0%, our sales manager only told you what we have experienced for the past year, which is that Toyota has not offered 0% APR specials on the 4-Runner. I'm sure you have seen 0% APR advertised as you said, however, the commercials you have seen clearly state that the 0% is only available on certain models. I agree with you that our staff should never talk down to anyone, and I apologize if that's how it appeared. We don't ever want our staff to speak with customers like that and we will certainly address that situation. I had given IRA a few opportunities to make this right and was just met with resistance. I still have not been called back with a resolution from the call center and Its been over a month now.
