Dis honest, un pleasant to deal with Not sure about the other IRA branches but I would never deal with their toyota division again. We dealed with different Acura and Lexus dealers before Not sure about the other IRA branches but I would never deal with their toyota division again. We dealed with different Acura and Lexus dealers before and they were nicer and had more respect for their customers than this dealer. First they wanted to offer less than 5.5k for our tradein then after we showed them how much our tradein worth on KBB they agreed to 10k. Then at the same time, they jacked up the cost of the vehicle we wanted to purchase to 2k extra, said it was the fee and tax (in begining they were telling eveything was included when we talked about deal, so since when tax and fee were excluded??). Also, the sale manager Kal Dabliz told us the 4runner would NEVER have 0% APR? We saw toyota conmercial everyday on tv and pretty sure we saw 0% popped up sometime.. so dont lie to your customers, unless your toyota corporate lied to us (?). This particular manager should have talked less listened more to his customers. I knew you are a saleman and could speak really fast.. I wouldnt appreciate your attitude by telling my brother to buy our own tradein "if you think his car is excellent why dont you buy it then?". I couldnt believe we were treated like that at a well known dealership, such as IRA. We gave our offer outright and honest with pay off cash. No need to talk down on us if you couldnt make a deal. If you are reading this and looking for a honest straight forward deal then try some places else. Sorry for leaving a negative review but this was what I experienced. May be IRA toyota doesnt need potential customers anymore? More
Purchase of new car My family and I needed two new cars. Rick and Jorge were our sales reps. They were wonderful to work with. Both men were very helpful in explaining each car that we were looking at. They knew all the features very well. Since we are out-of-state, Rick and Jorge had to travel to Bridgeport, CT to help us register the cars. We all learned that day that the "new" CT DMV has a lot of kinks to work thru. Regardless, Rick and Jorge were very patient while waiting all day for CT DMV to call our #. We really appreciate that they were with us thru the whole process. More

Bait and switch pricing / service manager has bad attiude I called ahead to get a price and schedule an appointment for a basic oil change for my Toyota Sequoia(08). I provided all of the information regardi I called ahead to get a price and schedule an appointment for a basic oil change for my Toyota Sequoia(08). I provided all of the information regarding my car when talking to the representative. I was given a price of $44.95 to which I said, you know that car takes 7.4 quarts of 0W20 right?? They reassured me that was the price and set up my appointment. When I pulled into the service bay I was eventually greeted by a service rep that checked in the car. He noticed the inspection was due at the end of the month and asked if I wanted them to inspect it which I agreed to. When reviewing the work order, I noticed the inspection was listed with a price of $35 (standard Ma Inspection fee) but there was no price listed for the oil change. When I asked why the price of the oil change was not listed I was told that it varies??? Then I was told it would be $79 for the oil change and told that my car needed 7.4 quarts like I didn’t know that already. I informed him I had got a lower price on the phone and would like them to honor it since I did take the time to drive down. The service rep and I went in to see the service manager who was very rude and just said “sorry they were wrong”. I reminded him that “they” are your dealership but he just gave me a very negative attitude. I had to stand in front of my car to keep it from going back to the service area. I don’t know why they were moving it since I did not sign a work order. On my way home I took the opportunity to call them back and let them know what had happened. They telephone rep. confirmed the 44.95 price! I escalated to a manager and gave them the whole story. They were going to review the recorded call from earlier and get back to me with a resolution. I’m still waiting 3 weeks later……. IRA must service hundreds of Sequoia’s and Tundra’s a week so to not have an accurate price for standard oil change is ridiculous. It’s also very suspicious to not list the price of the oil change on the work order when the cost of the inspection is listed. If you can’t trust them with the price of an oil change would you trust them with any other work?? More
