We are very pleased with the overall experience that we had with Ira Toyota of Danvers. We were treated politely and never felt as if we were being pressured into a sale. There were a few minor glitches, w had with Ira Toyota of Danvers. We were treated politely and never felt as if we were being pressured into a sale. There were a few minor glitches, which were taken care of efficiently. Mike Capizzi is a gentleman and he was a pleasure to work with as was the sales manager Steve Amaral. Steve was very helpful with the pricing and following up with us. Shawna Behen was the reason we traveled almost an hour to see the vehicle we ended up buying. She is an internet specialist. Shawna answered many questions that we had (via email) and made us feel that we would be treated fairly if we ventured to Danvers. We love our 2007 Highlander Hybrid and we would recommend Ira Toyota of Danvers to anyone we know. Thanks so much to all that made buying a used car a positive experience! More

We were looking to lease a new Camry. We saw an add on TV that attracted us and we decided to check out the lease options. The customer service seemed ok when we were there. We were rushed to make a dec TV that attracted us and we decided to check out the lease options. The customer service seemed ok when we were there. We were rushed to make a decision by the sales person who said that we were getting a great deal that wouldn't last. We left thinking we got a good deal on a car we liked. The VERY NEXT day we saw an add on TV for the same exact car listed for $20.00 less per month. We called the dealership before we went to pick up our car to question this deal and they said they "would see what they could do". Upon arrival to pick up the new car they REFUSED to honor the new deal with the decreased price. The deal was for the exact same car but they refused to honor the new deal. We understand that the price we received was the price on the day we agreed to lease the car but this is poor customer service and would have been honored by many other retailers throughout the country. Overall this has left us with a feeling that we have been cheated. They obviously knew the price would drop the next day. We will return this car at the end of the lease and will never work with this dealership or the sales person again. More
We did a lot of research ahead of time about dealerships when we set out to buy our new car. We narrowed it down to the best two dealerships in the area, and when we approached the first (IRA Toyota of Dan when we set out to buy our new car. We narrowed it down to the best two dealerships in the area, and when we approached the first (IRA Toyota of Danvers), we knew exactly who to ask for: Ricky Arora. Ricky was so helpful when I first walked into the dealership on a Thursday evening to consider the 2009 Toyota Highlander. He showed me the model, carefully pointing out all of the details and features of the car. The negotiation process was pretty straightforward and the price was fair, so I did the purchase that very evening, obtaining a better financing rate from the dealer than I was able to obtain from external financing. Ricky guided me the whole way of the process, and took care of the new plates and registration. He even came in for us on a Sunday morning to personally turn over the keys to the car and had the car all gased up and ready to go. Overall, Ricky made our first new car buying experience a pleasure since ALL of the little details were taken care of by him. I highly recommend this dealership and Ricky Arora in Sales. More

Um they wouldn't even run through numbers hypothetically without running a credit check. I hadn't even test drove a car and they pressured me to put money down to hold a car that wasn't even on the lot. Are without running a credit check. I hadn't even test drove a car and they pressured me to put money down to hold a car that wasn't even on the lot. Are we in marrakesh haggling for pirated DVDs? What is this? I never FELT such pressure. If you want the experience of going to a shady used car lot, this place will be your Disney Land. More
In my car purchasing experience of over 30 years of buying many, many different models of cars (i.e. Ford Cars, GM Cars, Honda Cars, Volvo Cars, SAAB Cars etc.) I have NEVER had such a GREAT experie buying many, many different models of cars (i.e. Ford Cars, GM Cars, Honda Cars, Volvo Cars, SAAB Cars etc.) I have NEVER had such a GREAT experience as I did last week purchasing a new 2010 Toyota Camry from Mr. Ricky Arora at Ira Toyota, Danvers. I could not believe the level of customer service I experienced. I could not believe the open, honest and supportive interaction I experienced. I could not believe the price...really... before going to Ira Toyota I had checked with a LOT of other dealers. I mean a lot....No other dealer, and I mean NO other dealer would match Ira's price. No one! Now, not only did Mr Arora work as efficiently as I could imagine, but he made sure that every request we made of him was worked ASAP. No waiting, no run-around. Just honest, fair and excellent service. I could not believe it was happening in a car dealership! (sorry, but so many experiences with car sales guys have been full of "let me check with my manager" kinds of interactions....many dealers are con artists, but NOT Ira Toyota and NOT Ricky Arora!) I have no hesitation in stating that Ricky Arora is the best sales man I have ever dealt with at any car dealer. Period! Now, I have found that purchasing a vehicle is an emotional experience. I mean vehicles (i.e. Cars, SUVs, Trucks) are expensive. We spend a lot of time in our vehicles. Many of us "feel the car projects an image for us"....etc. So selecting and closing a deal with a dealer is not easy. In this case, Mr Arora made this process very, very nice. I have to say that Ira Toyota's business approach and Ricky Arora's style clearly created the best car buying experience I have ever seen. Within less than 24 hours from first visiting Ira Toyota and Ricky Arora, we were driving away with a brand new, cleaned and fully prepped car. Amazing! I have heard that Ira Toyota, Danvers site is the third largest Toyota Dealer in the whole United States of America. Well, I am not surprised by that statistic. I mean you don't sell so many cars without knowing how to set great prices and deliver excellent customer service. Obviously a lot of people agree with me since Ira Toyota sells so many cars. I wish I had known about them years ago. And you know the stories about car salesman. Many such car salesman just want you to buy a more expensive car than you need and then let the sales person move on to the next client. They sometimes push you into cars you don't want or need. NOTHING like that occured with Ricky Arora and Ira Toyota. In fact in the past week since I purchased the car, I have had four phone calls from Toyota just to "check" on my satisfaction with my new Camry and the sales experience. Even Mr. Arora himself called me to confirm that all was still great. Finally, I have to mention one example of Ira's customer service and Mr Arora's style in particular. This example demonstrates how much Mr. Ricky Arora's approach to selling cars involved "doing whatever it takes to keep the customer satisfied". At the last minute, upon receiving the car delivery, my son who will be the primary driver of this car was upset that our front license plate (required by Mass law) was only held on by two bolts. Well, my salesman Ricky Arora himself ran quickly back into the dealership, came back out with a hand drill and immediately added the two requested additional bolts to our front license plate. No service technician had to be scheduled, no service manager had to be consulted, none of that. We were just "taken care of" immediately by our salesman Mr Arora. I cannot recommend to you enough Mr Arora. If you are looking for a car, you should call him at his direct office phone here (978-739-3745). You will be amazed at the price, the service and quality of these cars (Toyotas are legendary automobiles.)I trust that Mr Arora will deliver the best experience you have had in buying a car. With Toyotas reliability, gas-mileage and style being tops you cannot lose. Great car, great dealer and great sales guy. Go for it! Good luck to you all. More
My car died, so my wife and I went out to look at various makes and models to decide what would be the best new car for me to buy. Toyota was originally on the top of my list, I wanted to take a look at a T makes and models to decide what would be the best new car for me to buy. Toyota was originally on the top of my list, I wanted to take a look at a Tacoma and the Scion xB and xD. When we got there, first it wasn't at all clear where to park. Then we looked around, there were a few new Camrys and Matrixes around, but we couldn't see any trucks or Scions. We walked up to the showroom and saw what looked like a new Scion, but when we checked it out there was no sticker on it. We went into the showroom -- the place was utter bedlam. We took a look at the cars in the showroom, but no one approached us, and we left. As we drove toward the showroom from the parking lot, we noticed 3 salesmen hanging around between cars to the side of the building. Guess they don't need the money that badly. Crossed Toyota right off my list. Even if I decided to go with a Toyota, I would never, ever, ever consider buying it from Ira Toyota of Danvers. It is incomprehensible to me that they have such a high rating on this site. BTW, both the Honda and Nissan dealerships we went to the same day were clean, organized, and the staff was helpful without being pushy. More
Teri made everything so easy and helped me get over my nervousness on spending my savings on a brand new car!!! There was no pressure, just advice and help.
