Shortly after 11:00 am I called roadside assistance because a nail punctured a tire, leaving it flat overnight. They came quickly, delivering it to IRA Toyota in Manchester NH by 12:30pm. Service advisor,John Oliver, texted me promptly when car was delivered. Once I arrived @ dealership, John explained what they recommended and the process. I agreed and was on my way home by 5:30pm. I feel this was the best and most efficient service given the immediate need for repair. More
Service is usually very good. However, they were short staffed and wait times were extended. I was told that I could be waiting up to 2 hrs for a 60-90 minute job. Late day customers like myself should have been called to have the option to re-schedule. I’m sure many would have appreciated the call and happily re-scheduled. I had a terrible customer experience my past visit with Toyota. Upon arriving to Toyota, my service advisor was extremely rude and condescending towards me. When I modified my appointment to add an inspect Toyota. Upon arriving to Toyota, my service advisor was extremely rude and condescending towards me. When I modified my appointment to add an inspection sticker a few days before, the app must of changed my status to “dropping off” vehicle. Michale was very rude to me about this saying “we’ll because you and other people have done that today it’s making our wait times behind” I apologized for the miscommunication but I tried to explain that I didn’t notice it changed my status. After that he asked if I would also like a tire rotation and I asked when was the last time I one and he was very snarky when looking back and kept going on and on about devices I declined in past. Then I went inside and spoke to the director who was less then helpful in the matter because as he said “well, Michael just got a glowing review saying he was professional and very helpful”, so yea thanks for validating me because just because someone is professional to one person doesn’t mean they can’t be annoyed with another customer. Upon leaving, there were no cars parked in the garage yet my vehicle was parked outside so I had to walk in the rain leaving which isn’t the end of the world but it was definitely a final turn of the sword by the advisor because I spoke to his director about him. I found it unnecessary to have my car parked outside when the typical flow is it’s waiting in the garage as your leaving. More

Came with one set of keys and we had to pay for the second set from a jeep dealer, was told there was two sets. It cost us over $300 out of pocket. Not Cool. Our salesman Johnny was great!!
