I drove 1.5 hours on a hot day with a busy work schedule to bring the car in, specifically asking for an urgent AC fix. Signed the initial service request and waited until 4 PM, only to be told I had to approve a recommendation via automated message. No one followed up for two hours while I sat in the empty lobby. Then the technician refused to work because it was near the 5 PM closing time and asked me to come back the next day. I had to take another half day off and waste time returning to this location on an already busy day. More
