VW TDI Buyer I purchased my used VW Beetle TDI from Iron Trail Motors. While negotiating the purchase, Iron Trail agreed to have the front bumper repaired. I waite I purchased my used VW Beetle TDI from Iron Trail Motors. While negotiating the purchase, Iron Trail agreed to have the front bumper repaired. I waited to see if the repair was made before writing this review. Sure enough, the appointment to bring my Beetle to the body shop came and after a week, the bumper was repaired. They did a very nice job repairing the front bumper. With this purchase experience, I can trust Iron Trail Motors to fulfill there end of the purchase agreement. Robby was great to work with and he didn't play around. He got right to the facts and made it easy to make a purchase decision. More

Unorganized poorly managed I bought a vehicle through Virginia. The salesperson I dealt with was very nice, but clearly inexperienced. Car needed a Wash, gas, didn’t have the repairs and accessories we had discussed previously. I was so frustrated I almost cancelled the sale. More

Although the sales team was great, service is deplorable. Oil change/rotation/checkup on 2018 Equonox took over 2 hours with an appointment. Concern over wiper blade not addressed. Excellent service I stopped in for an oil change without an appointment and was able to get right in. The staff and crew were very professional and polite. Even though I stopped in for an oil change without an appointment and was able to get right in. The staff and crew were very professional and polite. Even though the last person (not Iron Trail) to change the oil filter had put it on too tight, the crew worked hard and got the job done. I am very thankful for the efforts of all. I was there for less than an hour total. I am frequently critical of those in any service position as I have owned a shop in the past and I currently work in a customer service center. I am well aware of what is needed to provide proper service, and I expect a certain level of that service in my dealings with any company. I am very happy with the work that was done, how it was done, and how I was treated. More
