Check Engine Light I was out driving, running errands to prepare for the upcoming Christmas holiday, when my "check engine" light came on. I always panic when that happens, as I never know if it's a major or minor issue. I called Iron Trail Motors, told her my problem, and was informed that someone would call me back. Because of the holidays, I worried that the garage was super-busy, but someone called me back in under 10 minutes, inviting me to bring my vehicle in. I did. They diagnosed and repaired my issue right then. Top-notch, courteous, professional service all around! So grateful! More

Service on my leased car. I am currently leasing a brand new car from iron trail with only 8000 miles on it. The car has so many problems, and this service department is incapa I am currently leasing a brand new car from iron trail with only 8000 miles on it. The car has so many problems, and this service department is incapable of fixing them. I bring my car in monthly for the SAME problems. Terrible customer service. More

Brought my truck in for what I thought was an electrical short. They told me it was in my radio and they would replace it for $1000.00 I told them that was way too high and to just pull the fuse for it. The short. They charged me $312.00 to do this the next day my battery was dead again,I called them they told me to bring it back and they would look at it again which I did not! I had someone else look at it and tell me that I just had a bad battery I went and put one in and now everything is fine . THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!! More
