Purchased used 4 runner 6/2023 It took 1 week and many calls to get help with a shimmy. Arrived at service appointment and they didn’t have me on schedule. It took multiple calls to get an oil change appointment for 2 weeks away. At the appointment I didn’t get a free oil change offered at time of purchase, advised a$500 maintenance, and one brake was at 2. The oil leaked on my garage floor because the drain was loose. I complained on Monday, called back all week, asked for a call back on Friday. I didn’t get a call back from Brian until Friday after 6pm which is closing. I have owned 2 4Runners, 2 Sienna vans, and a Camry since 1991. I did all my service at Toyota dealerships in Burnsville, Bloomington, and Brainerd. I know what good Toyota service is. My experience at Iron Motors was not good. I will be driving to Duluth or Brainerd from Ely to find out if I even want to keep this 4 Runner. More

After months of dodging warranty work the only way to obtain a response was through GM customer care. They informed for the first time, after 7 months of a limping transmission, that they wouldnt do the obtain a response was through GM customer care. Horrendous shop service and ham handed compliance tactics from the front end. They attempted to bully both my wife and I on the matter and are attempting to shuck responsibility now that we have persisted. Do not shop here. Buyer beware they will screw you. Absolute joke of a shop and support staff. The dealership denied it was leaking several times, giving them the run around for over a month. Finally admitted it was the oil pan, blamed my dad, and tried to charge $1000 to fix it with half the warranty other shops give. The truck is still not fixed. They should have checked the reviews before they went here. It will not happen again. More

Although the sales team was great, service is deplorable. Oil change/rotation/checkup on 2018 Equonox took over 2 hours with an appointment. Concern over wiper blade not addressed. Excellent service I stopped in for an oil change without an appointment and was able to get right in. The staff and crew were very professional and polite. Even though the last person (not Iron Trail) to change the oil filter had put it on too tight, the crew worked hard and got the job done. I am very thankful for the efforts of all. I was there for less than an hour total. I am frequently critical of those in any service position as I have owned a shop in the past and I currently work in a customer service center. I am well aware of what is needed to provide proper service, and I expect a certain level of that service in my dealings with any company. I am very happy with the work that was done, how it was done, and how I was treated. More

I always panic when that happens, as I never know if it's a major or minor issue. I called Iron Trail Motors, told her my problem, and was informed that someone would call me back. Because of the holidays, I worried that the garage was super-busy, but someone called me back in under 10 minutes, inviting me to bring my vehicle in. I did. They diagnosed and repaired my issue right then. Top-notch, courteous, professional service all around! So grateful! More

Brought my truck in for what I thought was an electrical short. They told me it was in my radio and they would replace it for $1000.00 I told them that was way too high and to just pull the fuse for it. The short. They charged me $312.00 to do this the next day my battery was dead again,I called them they told me to bring it back and they would look at it again which I did not! I had someone else look at it and tell me that I just had a bad battery I went and put one in and now everything is fine . THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!! More
