My Review of Irwin Ford Lincoln Mercury:
Always happy with the service I receive at Irwin's. The staff is very polite and helpful and I particularly appreciate that they take the time to explain exactly what has been done and why. I also find that, in my last visit especially, they go out of their way to do something that would not ordinarily be in their duties but, they don't mind doing it just because it is helpful.

I have used Irwin's body shop several times in the past few years and have been completely satisfied with their service and their work every time. They are great.
I have found their prices to be very competitive and have confidence the work would be done in a professional manner.

My Review of Irwin Ford Lincoln Mercury:
This morning, for a scheduled service appointment on our 2007 Lincoln MKZ, was a very pleasant experience, as usual, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and willing to help. Since the improved waiting area is clean, bright, coffee and a great TV to boot, it isn't a chore anymore to sit there and wait. My car was taken in ASAP, I was called in what seemed like a half hour or so, probably was a little longer though and I proceded to the cashier and happily discovered I owed nothing for service based on my Owner Advantage points. At my last appt, I was not happy that there was no paper floormat used during service and this time there was!! I do appreciate that very much. I love my car and treat it well, so everyone else should too.

Having gone done to have my van serviced I randomly started looking at new cars. I was greeted by Kim Soules. we started talking about an AWD . she showed me one ,but did not like color. She went to AL and together they worked with me to fined a van I would like this took a while, but finally was able to get the one I have and went out of their way to make sure all the features I wanted was on down to the smallest decal I had on my other Van. They did a great job and wuld highly recommend them to anyone.

This dealership has always gone the extra mile when it comes to service. They have a really respectful staff and have treated us fairly. I highly recommend this dealership as it is the best in the area. They also give you the option to wait for service so that if I schedule early in the day, I can still get to work without losing too much time.

My Review of Irwin Ford Lincoln Mercury:
My Ford F-150 was making funny noises from the tires. The vehicle was under a 'drivetrain' waranty and I figured that it was time to deal with it. Turns out that there was something wrong which wasn't covered under the waranty. Go figure. I wasn't too excited about that, but whatever. Quoted $375ish to fix the vehicle. Anyway, while the vehicle was in the shop they discovered something called a 'pinion seal leak' or something like that which was covered under the waranty. They fixed that, while the vehicle was in I asked them to do the State Inspection and to change the oil. When I picked up the vehicle the final cost was under $280. I was very happy with that. All of the work was done promptly and I haven't had any problems in the 1000 miles I've driven since then.

I BOUGHT in 2007 a 2008 f-250 super duty at this time I had been in a car crash with my 1998 f-250 I was waiting for the insurance company to get off there butts to get my claim settled. Irwin ford worked with me on the buying of my first new truck. They held the truck for 2 1/2 weeks for me.Until I got the insurance check. They also gave me more in rebates then the other ford dealers I went to. It was at this time I mind my mind up to have all mant. and work done there.I was told by other dealers that the truck I was looking for did not exsist on any lot that ford was getting away from the basic work truck. I found 6 truck to choose from at Irwin ford.

One can only say that the Dealer & staff are knowledgeable and help full in the area of service. The sales staff is also good & knowledgeable,that is why I bought my new Edge from Irwin.In 2008. When looking for a new unit, I will come back to Irwin

Great dealership, people were extremely friendly yet not pushy at all, they made exactly what I wanted a reality and offered a great price. They understand the economy and never seemed desperate but instead seemed willing to help. Will definitely come back. Thanks WIll!
