My Review of Irwin Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I recently purchased a 2012 Fusion SEL from Tim at Irwin. I was looking for a very specific, fully loaded Fusion, and was sold exactly what I wanted. Tim was professional, courteous, and friendly throught the whole transaction. The delivery was one o the cleanest best prepped cars I have ever had, and I have had a lot. The support staff and managment are friendly, and really work hard to earn your business. My family having done business with Irwin Marne for 4 generations, i am not surprised at the level of service from their car dealership. I would recomend both the dealer and Tim in sales to anyone looking for a new or used car at a fair price, backed by great service.

Irwin Motors has earned my absolute allegiance as a dealership that genuinely is committed to their customers. I have never had even the slightest reason to complain about their service or the way in which they treat their customers! So.. I went back and bought a Rav 4...same great person..same great service...
So...my son is getting out of UNH for teaching..guess where we are going in July....
Irwin...to get him a Rav 4..

My Review of Irwin Ford Lincoln Mercury:
We traded our 08 Ford Focus for a 2012 Focus. Our Salesman JW was very helpful and took great care to see us through the process. He even bought us coffee on our test ride. Irwin gave us a decent trade in price for our 08 and the rebates from Irwin plus the rebate from Ford made the car very affordable. We own a 2012 Focus for less than $275.00 a month. I would recomend a Focus to everyone. Quality car, 36 miles per gallon overall and fun to drive. What a upgrade from 2008 to 2012. Thanks JW and Irwin Ford.

Betty B. is extremely knowledgeable and a great help in guiding me through the decision process to trade & purchase; after doing several test drives of new and used vehicles, I settled on a new Ford EDGE. Am loving it !! Buddy assisted in several of the test drives and in the final sale process. What a team !! IrwinZone is a very professional organization; they are all tuned into helping the customer. I would hightly recommend IrwinZone for Sales and Service and have been doing so to my friends.

My Review of Irwin Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I purchased my 4th Toyoto Highlander on 1/14/2012 from the Irwin Zone.Having also purchased the previous two highlanders from Irwin I was more than happy to try them once more.I traded in my low mileage 09 highlander for the 2012 model.The end result is that I came away very content with my deal and Irwin motors were also pleased with the deal.Briefly what I do is as follows:I decide on the new car that I want to purchase.I purchase all the details on the dealer cost for this car from Consumer Reports.I do all the legwork in establishing the real trade-in price for my trade.Then I am ready for any dealer and I find Irwin the most receptive to negotiate with my figures.They are tough but fair negotiators especially their Sales manager but I am just as tough and reasonable and cognicant of the fact that they are in business to make money.They will start a bit low with the trade and a bit high on the new car:however with hard bartering etc over a few days a deal was struck with the salesman Bob Travers and Manager Al Faro both of whom were diligent on their part,courteous and real gentlemen.I have found Irwin to respect intelligent buyers and they will make the best deal possible to make you happy and entice you to come back again.In the past I have had 12 new cars,different dealers in different States and I can attest to the fact that I have found Irwin to be the most honest in sales and more importantly,service.

I went to Irwin's with a lot of questions about which type car to purchase, New, old, sedan, Suv, etc. The salesperson took a lot of time to work us through the many types available. I settled on a Prius and it has been superb to date. the time 7 energy to let me drive multiple vehicles, review pricing before deciding were exemplary. I would reccomenfd this dealership to everyone.
