Service that keeps the car running like new. I have a 2009 Mazda 6 and always have it serviced at Irwin Mazda. After 84,000 miles the car still runs like new. 2 hour $80 oil change With an appointment, it still took 2 hours to do an oil change on my 2017 MKX, which cost $80. The experience starts with the person who answers your call when you make an appointment or have a problem. I dealt with Alice who went out of her way to help me out when my car had an issue. It was 5 minutes to closing and she did everything in her power to help me. My service agent was Don and he could not have been nicer. He was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Nick, the service manager, is outstanding! At the dealership I always deal with Jay Irwin. He is awesome! This is my fifth Mazda! More
