Terrible experience with this dealership. I went in with a monthly payment budget. They showed me vehicles and ran my credit for a vehicle I never could have afforded. I have excellent credit; they were careless and wanted to lock me in to buy a vehicle from them by running my credit app. I trusted they knew what they were doing when they worked with me, I was completely wrong. My credit score is so high because I'm mindful, and they completely did not care about that. Pay attention if you are looking at any vehicle here. They do not give truthful information, they are only out for their own benefit, not the customers. More

Had a great experience working with JB in the sales department and Chris in the finance department. I wasn't planning on purchasing a new car but after conversations with both of them, they made the c department and Chris in the finance department. I had been dealing with Evan Cannon since April 2023 on the future purchase of a new Tundra. Finally made the four hour drive to get my new 2024 Tundra in December. I keep trying to give this place a chance. ... I had my vehicle scanned for a problem in the summer of 2023. After a $300 fee, they determined that nothing was wrong with my vehicle, despite ... I had my vehicle scanned for a problem in the summer of 2023. After a $300 fee, they determined that nothing was wrong with my vehicle, despite the warning I was getting on my OBS sensor that my battery voltage was off. Spoiler alert: something was wrong with my vehicle, and I replaced the 12v battery myself. During this costly, but "thorough" scan (their words, not mine), they neglected to tell me about the "customer service bulletin" (words that companies like to use to avoid the word "recall") that was out for my vehicle's brake actuator. You read that right: they neglected to tell me something may be wrong with my BRAKES. Fast forward to this month, I rolled in with the customer service bulletin in hand for this problem for my 2014 Prius....only to discover I am no longer eligible as of December 2023. I missed the "cutoff" date by less than a month, something that could have been avoided had I been told my vehicle was eligible for this fix 6 months ago. I have attempted to call or email a service advisor or manager to try to plead my case or find SOMEBODY I can talk to about this recall, but J. Allen refuses to return my calls or my emails. So, enjoy the free $300. You guys have my phone number and email. More

Service department is terrible after scheduling an appointment in advance I waited an hour and forty-five minutes for a tire rotation and the same front right tire was leaking the next day and they to appointment in advance I waited an hour and forty-five minutes for a tire rotation and the same front right tire was leaking the next day and they told me to come back in three thousand miles. Second oil change couple days ago and the same thing but worse mess this time. the technician just spun the oil filter off without draining it first leaving oil everywhere and didn't bother wiping it down. i asked James to clean the mess the technician just sprayed water on it making a worse mess. No excuse for trashing a customers vehicle not taking time to clean or wipe down a oily mess. it starts at the top Service Manager and Shop Foreman does not value the customers vehicle. I have read the the technician's are on a timer? If so that explains everything they are a assembly line not worried about quality. I have two new Toyotas and bought Toyota care for both. now I 'am worried about the quality of service. It's to easy to do a good clean job. No excuses for trashing the customers vehicle. More
