We found what we wanted online and I put in an appraisal request for our trade in. They emailed me that night and Sarah called to set up an appointment the next day. She introduced us to Andy Hoskins and the rest is history. He made the process smooth and honest. I didn't feel like we were being xxxxxxxxxxx. Everything was straight forward and open. “Shady Repairs” My first repair at JBA Chevrolet was August 2017 for a heating/cooling problem. Since that date, I have taken it back three more times for the same p My first repair at JBA Chevrolet was August 2017 for a heating/cooling problem. Since that date, I have taken it back three more times for the same problem. I returned again on 10/12/18. I was notified that they found the problem. The car needed a cooling coil and the cost was almost $1,000.00. Of course the 36,000 mile warranty had expired. I asked the representative why has it taken six repairs to locate the problem. Now, since there is no warranty, there is an expensive repair. It is my belief that it was never JBA’s intent to fix the problem while the repair was covered under warranty. The representative stated a pressurized test was performed during this service. According to the last repair, a pressurized test was performed during that repair. More
