J.B.A. INFINITI of Ellicott City

And yes, I was making love to that beautiful piece of machine. The education was very much appreciated and you've given me tons to think about. Automobile purchasing for many people (me included) can be a painful experience and though I didn't purchase a car from you, you have earned my business when the time comes. Decisions, decisions, decisions.... I am decided on one thing, the Infiniti M Sport will be my next vehicle. The question for me is timing and ideal cost. I am still undecided however on my best options (lease vs purchase; and new vs certified pre-owned). I've never leased a car before and have never had a car payment over $500. Sure, we aren't talking about a Maxima here but a Maxima on super steroids....lol. The M Sport would be a match made is heaven....lol. This is a heavy decision and I want to make sure I am being responsible by not putting my wants (M Sport in white or silver with dark leather and tech pckg.....oh my heart just skipped a beat) in front of my needs. So, as I mentioned you've given me plenty to think about before I start writing out my nuptials here.....lol. Thanks again, if you have any other suggestions please let me know. She seemed uninformed, boring and we left there disappointed. She's looking for a new car (civic) and has a budget of $23,000. Best service I have ever experienced at any dealer. Brandy the service associated was extremely helpful and displayed exceptional professionalism. I brought my car on a Saturday for a general service but noticed my Service Engine Soon Light was activated. They kept my car and gave me a loaner car (which was the same type I was driving). The car took 2 days to service due to the diffculty of the alarm. She gave me daily status checks until the problem was resolved. The whole process was great and a great testament to both JBA of Ellicott City and the INFINITY company. Keep up the great work. I will defenitely returned there for all of my car service. Joel S.
