Can't forget this horrible encounter I must say this happened quite a while ago. I am now in the market to purchase another Lexus and came across this site. Brought back very bad memories I must say this happened quite a while ago. I am now in the market to purchase another Lexus and came across this site. Brought back very bad memories. I had purchased a used Lexus privately and brought my car to JM Lexus for an oil change and to get a new key made. When I came in to pick up my car, the service writer told me that it appeared the car had "never" been serviced and it needed a thorough servicing. I advised him that I'd call back for a future appointment and get the work done. On a hunch, when I arrived home, I looked online for the vehicle's service record and was pleased when I was able to pull up the entire history. Not only had the car been serviced on a more frequently than called for basis, but the best part.... ALL of the services were performed at JM Lexus. The foolish (mildly put) service writer should have at least consulted his computer records before making a blatant error (again, put mildly) When I called to report this, the person I spoke with told me to bring the car in; he'd "give" me a free oil change. At that point, I wouldn't trust them to clean my windshield. By the way, I won't be shopping at JM Lexus in the near or distant future. More
