My contact, Kenny Telusnord was always patient, extremely responsive to my needs and informative throughout the entire process. JM presented the detailed car to me with a big red bow, I could not stop smiling. Kenny sat with me for a good hour explaining every button and gadget on the car in detail, he even helped program my navigation and bluetooth with my phone.
