Everyone was in meetings Michael Cooke’s customer service was good up until I drove 4 hours to purchase the vehicle. He knew I was coming in, but I didn’t know it was his day Michael Cooke’s customer service was good up until I drove 4 hours to purchase the vehicle. He knew I was coming in, but I didn’t know it was his day off and he never told me. I was texting with him until 5:44pm the day before and it never came up. Everyone was in meetings and it didn’t seem like anyone was willing to help Kahari. He was very good but still has a lot learn. Enjoyed working with him. I spent over 4.5 hours at the dealership.
