I have had many bad experiences with dealers in the past and this purchase was as pleasant as could be. I was able to get a price I felt was fair with very little haggling and waiting for the sales rep to and this purchase was as pleasant as could be. Areg, my sales associate, was able to find the car I wanted, as specified, within a week. The car even had some extras I didn't ask for, a roof rack, cargo net and trunk liner, included without increasing the negotiated price. The finance part of the transaction was painless, with none of those dreaded surprise monthly fee increases I've come accustomed to. Overall a very good experience for a very large purchase. More

My salesperson, Cristhian, was respectful and professional throughout our negotiation process. I appreciated the demeanor of his manager, Marco, who was a gentleman. I was very impressed by Areg, a Sales Specialist, who enthusiastically assisted me in the absence of my salesperson on the day I received my new vehicle. Before I left, Areg sat with me in my car and explained all of my car’s features. Barbara, the dealership’s Business Manager, carefully explained options available to me, and took the time necessary to ensure that I saw these options on a personalized in-house tour. At this dealership, every employee I encountered made me feel welcomed. While there, I observed cooperative employees who shared information and helped one another. Being in this positive environment with friendly, accommodating personnel made my buying experience very enjoyable. Based on my own experience, I am pleased to highly recommend Jack Daniels Kia. The people working for this dealership have no respect for anyone. They don't call back for anything. We bought 2 kias in 1 day and it took us 6 1/2hours. I have bought cars before and no other dealership made me wait as much. Then the following week we had to go back because they forgot to have us sign certain papers and if we didnt go back the same day they threatened to take our cars away. We spent another 3 hours at the dealership. The following week we went back to have remote starters installed in both of our cars and the same day they promised us to do an oil change for our sorrento and also take a look at the rim of our brand new Optima which they sold us with a damaged rim. When we returned to pick up our cars later on that evening Areg was no where to be found and the other employees informed me that they were not aware of the oil change or the problem with the rim. Areg never called back to apologize. I was forced to come back to the dealership the next week for the rim which they told me they cant help me I should make an appointment with the service center. I went to the service center where I was informed that it was not a manufactorers issue so I wasnt eligible for a rim change and that it was the jack daniels fairlawn dealerships fault. The people there probably scratched up the rim and tried to spray paint it. I once again returned to the dealership where I was told that in a few weeks or months or more someone will contact me to fix it. I demanded a new rim because I paid for a new car and asked to speak to the manager. Alexis Montero the manager was chewing gum in my face the whole time didnt even ask how he can help me instead said what do you want. We are doing you a favor by fixing your rim its your fault you should have checked your rims before purchasing your car its not my problem and both Areg and Alexis told me they dont want to deal with me and I should leave the dealership. I have never dealt with such rude people. Never go there unless you want to be yelled at. I am so dissapointed. Never shopping from them again. More

On October 30th 2010 around 6:00pm I went to jack Daniel used car dealer and looked at one car which was Suzuki 2000 had 60000 miles. I drove the car and seemed to be OK. The sales person “Cristhian Gutier used car dealer and looked at one car which was Suzuki 2000 had 60000 miles. I drove the car and seemed to be OK. The sales person “Cristhian Gutierrez” assured me that the car had no problem and his manager confirmed. We made the deal and we agreed that I will pay $5000 for the car. It was late and the salesman told me I can pay everything and finish the deal on Monday because they need to clean the car and nobody in the service area still at work. I left and went back on Monday after my work around 7:00 PM and I paid the car price. Next day I drove the car for few miles and the engine lights came up that the engine needs to be serviced soon. I took the car on Tuesday to jack Daniel and showed them the engine light and told them that my daughter will be driving this car and I can’t trust a car like this for my daughter to drive and I need my money back according to the purchase agreement I signed. They tried not to take the car but I insisted but the sales manager got nasty with me and kept yelling and I told him I will report you the BBB he told me to go ahead and he will give me the BBB phone number. I told him I will take you to court and he told me to go “F” myself. I couldn’t believe that and left them the car and the keys and called their branch manager and “Sean Temin” left him a massage explaining what happened but he never return the call as curtsy or care for the customer . Another person from jack Daniel dealer called me back and asked me to go and take my personal stuff from the car I returned and he said they will issue a refund for me and they will mail it to me because the refund must be issued from the HQ. I kept calling and the salesman tells me he will contact the HQ and have them send me the refund and never happened and one time I get sent to another manger “Alex” and he assured me that he will make the HQ to send me the refund next day. Another time I get another person “Joe” and again assured me I will get the refund. A month goes by and I never got the refund even though I learned that they doctored and sold to someone else a week after I returned it. I called the branch manger “Sean Temin” again and left messages and he never returned my call. I even called the HQ and I asked to talk to a director or the president and they sent me to the HQ manager “Anna Acosta” I left her a message as will but I never got a call back. I don’t know how this dealer still in business with the way they do business. Their sales team is low class and unprofessional. Jack Daniel is a ripe off, no customer satisfaction. Always bad experience even my son told me that his friends in high school say no body do business with Jack Daniel because of their reputation. They have bad quality cars, they doctor the cars to look OK to sell and after you buy it is your problem. More than a month and I still didn’t get my money. More
