My Review of Jack Daniels Volkswagen:
I have been searching for the right Pre-owned VW Jetta for the past few years, and waiting until I could afford to pay for one. I live in Bucks County, PA, and have been to Burlington VW in Burlington, NJ, Langhorne VW in Langhorne, PA and others. The problem with those dealerships were the prices were just not right and neither was the service, and extremely pushing salespeople... (which is a total turnoff for me when looking at cars). Finally, my friend Chris recommended Jack Daniels in Fair Lawn and in particular told me to see Diana. She was extremely pleasant and friendly from the first time I called and spoke with her about what I was looking for, up until yesterday when she called me to follow up on how my vehicle was doing (a week after I purchased, purchased on 05/12/2012). If you have a specific amount you are looking to spend, she will find the perfect car for you without trying to force you into buying something you aren't comfortable with (like some car salesmen do). From my experience, I will recommend any friend or family member I know looking to by a Volkswagen to see Diana. It was worth the hour and a half drive to browse, test drive, and finally purchase my Jetta.

My daughter Kelly Thur was looking to buy a used VW Jetta received Diana Cecere's name from a friend. I have met with Diana with my daughter when she purchased her 2009 VW Jetta. Diana has been one of the most helpful & friendly car dealers I have met with. She explained everything about the car in detail, before it was purchased. She really cares about her customers & wants to please them.
I would highly recommend her.

Diana was a pleasure to work with and the purchase of my Passat was a pain free experience. My only complaint is the general manager would not approve a simple request to prepare the car for delivery that most dealerships I have dealt with would. A little annoying that they would not go the extra mile, but not a deal breaker. Diana went out of her way to make it a great experience and it was.

Wendy was very pushy. She tried to rip me off from the beginning. She was not within a reasonable price range. And she tried selling me a car I didn't want. Jack Daniels has always been good to me, my family and friends. I suggest a different sales person.

My experience leasing a car with Diana and Chet was wonderful. Diana was great. From start to finish, she was attentive, helpful and not pushy. Anything that I needed, she was always amenable.

My interaction with Chet was great. He was honest, the deal was done quickly, and I was happy.

My Review of Jack Daniels Volkswagen:
Justin was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He has great communication skills and follows through with his work. Overall I got a great deal on the car that I wanted, and Justin made sure everything went smoothly.

Also, Brandon the finance guy was great at explaining all the little details, and was comfortable to work with.

There was another man who was also involved with the deal, he made the "deal" happen and worked with the trade in and the final price. I forget his name, but he was understanding cool to talk with as well.

Ive been to other dealers before, and this is not my first purchase of a new or a used car. I'd say that everyone was fair, gentle and not "pushy", informative, reasonable, and professional.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to others looking to purchase a VW.

My son went with my daughter to help her buy a new car and they visited many dealerships and had experiences that were less than satisfactory. Then then went to Jack Daniels and met Justin Pinton. He was so helpful and knowledgable. He made the entire experience a pleasure. They came home with such high praise for him. There was no pressure, just knowledge and answers and accomodation. My daughter found a car she loved and Justin handled all the details with no issue. I went along when she picked up her car and when I met Justin, I could see why they praised him. He is a great salesperson and we were very appreciative. Thanks Justin. We will definately send our friends to you and will be back for our next car.

The Jack Daniels dealership has been my first choice for purchasing both new and used vehicles for over a decade. The entire staff from sales to service have always been gracious and accommodating. My most recent acquisition was with Charles Tito. I went into the dealership with a specified budget and strict time constraints and Charles was able to meet my needs on both accounts. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to look to Jack Daniels to meet my automotive needs.

My Review of Jack Daniels Volkswagen:
It was years since I had a new car and was way overdue. I have always dreamed of having a convertible and after two weeks spent extensively researching and test driving several vehicles without finding one I wanted, I had all but figured I would just have to give up that dream. Then I Googled VW dealers in Bergen County, NJ and Jack Daniels (where everyone was warm and friendly) in Fairlawn came up with glowing reviews, better than any other dealership in the tri-state area.

I decided to give them a call and Greg King Jr. answered the phone. He said he worked sales and could help me. I told him about my old Toyota Tercel and that I was interested in certified pre-owned or new VW Eos Convertibles. I made an appointment to meet with him on Monday, April 9, 2012. I spent several hours at the dealership, looking at the cars and then test driving the Eos, first with Greg behind the wheel, then me. I knew immediately that this was my car. He also showed me how various things in the interior worked. Once back inside, after much discussion, we arrived at a monthly leasing price I would be okay with.

From start to finish... Greg explained everything, did all he could to get me the best price and made me feel completely comfortable. I never felt pressured to make a purchase or to spend more than I could. He was professional, friendly, sweet, kind and informative throughout the whole process.

With every detail in place, Greg got the ball rolling on my new vehicle and phoned me three days later on Thursday afternoon, April 12 to let me know that my car was in and I could pick it up at 5:30pm. When I arrived at the dealership, Greg greeted me with a friendly hello and was as attentive and nice as always, making the trade in of my old vehicle a smooth transition. After meeting with the finance manager to sign some final paperwork, Greg gave me another quick refresher of how to work things in the car, including the sunroof and top, put my new all weather mats inside, answered a few questions and told me that if had any further questions or needed anything, to call him anytime.

Though buying or leasing a new car isn't the most fun, Greg made it easy and relaxed. I truly appreciated his kindness, friendliness and professionalism and that he was always accessible and willing to help in any way he could. I highly recommend you see Greg if you are in the market for a new car, as he knows his stuff, will work with you on the best rate possible and make you forget you're in a dealership and just like you're visiting with a great new friend.
