Every time my car requires service, Pat goes the extra mile. He is always very clear with expectations on cost and I have never been surprised by the bill. He makes recommendations for service and explain mile. He is always very clear with expectations on cost and I have never been surprised by the bill. He makes recommendations for service and explains the details, but never presses for the work to get done immediately - he gives options and opinions that are invaluable to me. Pat is the real reason I go back to Demmer for all my service work. I definitely recommend Demmer for service and car buying, and I think the shuttle ride home when your car needs to be at the dealer for an extended time is fantastic - I wish I could call him out by name but I can’t (Sorry!). I definitely look forward to the conversations during future rides. More

The gentleman at the front desk were amazing. I didn’t have an appointment and was on my way to New York to work the storm and my oil percentage was extremely low. That got me in and on my way.
