Service and communication was very good. Showed them the problem with navigation system. However, after one day, the system was NOT functioning properly after the vehicle 2019 F-150 sat overnight. Af the problem with navigation system. However, after one day, the system was NOT functioning properly after the vehicle 2019 F-150 sat overnight. After driving the vehicle, stopped, shut off engine. Waited 10 minutes, started up the vehicle and navigation system worked fine. We find this UNACCEPTABLE. I will bring the truck back to get the job done right. More

I had an 8:30am appoin I brought my 2017 Ford Escape vehicle into the Service Department for a Ford Motor Company Customer Satisfaction Program 19B37. I had an 8:30am appointment with Pat Hawrylak, a Service Advisor. He was very prompt in welcoming me and processing the paperwork for the Program. I waited for the work to be completed. I was pleasantly surprised when Pat came into the waiting area around 8:50am to tell me the work was done and politely directed me to my vehicle. Compliments to Pat and the Service technicians for such efficient customer service. More
