They were all professional and friendly. Andy went out of his way to be sure we were highly satisfied. He did not pressure us and he answered all of our questions. After all the paperwork was finished Andy explained how to program/work everything. He even went under the truck to be sure we had the correct keys for the spare. We also had some accessories added to the truck. Andy followed through and made sure all of that was taken care of for us. It was the first time we ever left saying that we would recommend the dealership and the salesman. Thanks Andy, we will be back! More

Repair wrk on my 2007 jeep and 2008 town & country Hi , I would like to start out by saying I had to bring my 2007 jeep in several different times for a couple of chk engine lights . Each time I would bring it in I would ask to see Brian Paluch in the service dept. he was very helpful in addressing all my service and mantinence needs also the service tech was great as well his name was tony he made my car run as if it were new again . So in closing I will continue to do bring in both my vehicles for service to phelan . Can't wait to see ther new dealership !! Also reffered a friend to buy an extended service contract . More

No pressure, friendly negotiation It had been 14 years since I last bought a new car, so I wasn't looking forward to going through the whole sales process. There was no pressure to buy something we didn't want. He made sure to continue asking us what we wanted, and he eventually found a perfect vehicle for us. We were able to test-drive and look at several vehicles until we settled on one that fit our needs. We also got a surprisingly high price for our trade-in vehicle. I'll echo a couple others in saying I was hoping for the full tank of gas, but that's a minor complaint. All in all, a pleasant, professional and issue-free deal. More

Ruben helped me get out of a vehicle I purchased not long ago that I quickly realized was out of my league (payment amount too high) and into something much more affordable (the vehicle I should've purchased in the beginning) Ruben was very understanding of my situation and he even came in on his day off to help me out and make a bunch of calls, how many other guys would actually have the patience to do that? I don't know of any. Other dealers might tell you something like "you bought the car-regardless of price-you're stuck with it and the high payments" but at Jack-they obviously care about their customers and their needs and they went above and beyond to help me out-which definitely earned repeat business from me and I definitely recommend them to anyone who's in the market for a vehicle.
