I Left my 05 mini Cooper on Monday to have a broken glove compartment latch repaired. On Wednesday, I finally received a call telling me that a technician had finally been assigned to look at the problem. th compartment latch repaired. When I picked my car up, I was told that the car was too old for them to work on so they would not do the job. Why did I go? three days before finding out, they were not able or unwilling to do the work. They apparently were overbooked with work and just didn’t want to deal with my broken glove box latch problem. More
